Damaged my Tesla!! $5528.79 worth of damage they denied. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! Tesla thinks they dropped my vehicle or lifted it incorrectly causing damage to the a-arms and frame. (see pictures) Walmart was the only place open to fix a basic flat tire, so we came here and the guy at the auto center speaks very little english. He didn't know how to drive the car into the bay so he had us do it. After the repair the car gave us alerts that there was damage to the suspension. We drove the car to Tesla who informed us that we are lucky the a-arm didn't break and we didn't crash the vehicle. We spoke with Perry, who is the auto center manager at Wal-Mart who said on recording they don't have the proper equipment to lift teslas and they were getting new pucks in to lift it properly. We figured with this admission they would cover their damages. We filed a claim with Walmart Claims and argued with them for a year. I probably called their office 300 times. They rarely answer the phone and never return calls. Even their supervisors are terrible. All of their reps were extremely rude. Jordan Hennington, Zachary Howell, Scott Abbott, Ian and Travis all avoided us and refused to take any blame. We emailed Monica Reed who is the Auto care business leader for the region and she didn't even have the respect to email or call me, instead had someone lower do that. The claims department is not trying to determine if they are at fault, they are finding ways to can get out of paying their own damages. We called every phone number we could find. The auto center manager claimed the video footage was too blurry to see anything but Walmart Claims said they could see under the car perfectly and nothing was damaged. Everything with this place was lies and covering up things. I have been going to Walmart for 40 years and will never be back to any Walmart in any location. I'd rather pay double elsewhere. I've never seen such poor treatment...

Page Walmart Tire Center is located in the back northwest side of the Page Walmart Super Store. They have a separate parking lot for all your parking convenience. You may choose to wait inside the store or take a short stroll in the outside parking lot while they service your vehicle. While you're waiting, take a few minutes to look north from the parking lot and you will take notice of an excellent view of the Lake Powell Dam. You will also take notice of the beautiful mesa vistas.

In my humble opinion, I can tell you that the staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. There was a loquacious fellow there who made me feel very important right away, I felt invited, and I thought of him as a guy who displayed a lot of enthusiasm for his work.

Page Tire and Lube Center, whether they're busy, or not, they will always do their best to help you with your tire purchase. I for one love their great prices on new tires. I'm a satisfied customer and I feel as though I received a great deal on a tight budget. If you need new tires or an oil change, I would recommend this place. Friendly staff are waiting to help you, so smile, engage, laugh, relax, and don't forget to wear your PPE equipment.

Do not subject yourself to this kind of torture! I'm serious. The employees are not trained on how to exchange one damaged tire for a new one. Really. They don't know how to use the tire machine. They do it in the exact opposite way it should be used. Because they're inept, they take other customers in front of you. They inserted four different oil changes in front of my 5-minute job. I even tried to offer some sort of instruction. I did half the job for them. Two other customers in the lobby with me said that this is the exact same treatment they always get at Walmart auto center. If you're not willing to lose 2 hours of your life and leave without your job being finished, don't bother. Your patience is mocked. Cute girls get every employ to swoon over them even though they arrived 1 hour after you. At that point I offered to do it myself but they wouldn't allow it. I could have taught them in faster time than than I waited for Alberto to pretend that he was doing something. No management is watching over the employees.
