THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST PLACE TO STOP IF YOU ARE OUT IN THE DESERT AND YOUR CHECK ENGINE LIGHT COMES ON! Such was the case a couple weeks ago when my daughter and I were driving from California to the Grand Canyon. We were so relieved to meet JohnMichael Silva, the owner of this Autozone, who very quickly diagnosed the problem for us. JohnMichael took the time to explain the findings, (Catalytic Converter not working properly), and to recommend the best thing for us to do. By the time we were ready to get back on the road, we were again relaxed and looking forward to the rest of our vacation. 10 days later when the check engine light came on again, (yes, we were still traveling in desert country), we thought of JohnMichael who had already thought to prepare us for this possibility. We met lots of people in our 14 days and 1200 mile round trip but none were more helpful or kinder than this man. The team and management especially at this AutoZone is comprised of the most selfless and compassionate human beings known to mankind. The level of care and dedication exhibited by the staff was truly exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure that my trailer was repaired promptly and accurately, and managed to still have a positive and upbeat attitude. Their efficiency and skill is nothing short of remarkable.

Their commitment to solving the issue and making sure I could continue my journey safely was incredible.Thanks to their timely assistance, I was able to get back on the road without any further issues. I have no doubt that their swift action prevented a potential disaster, and for that, I will forever be grateful.

I just wanted to leave a FIVE STAR FOR ROSIE! She was amazing. My moms car broke down in the middle of the desert. We needed a serpentine belt and we had to book it to the store. We got there with 5 minutes left till it closed (as stated on the door). She unlocked the door for us and let us get the item we needed and was so kind. The manager on the other hand (middle aged man with glasses maybe around 6ft) was incredibly rude to myself and Rosie not wanting us to be in the store 5 mins before it closed to get my mom out of the desert in the middle of the night. Rosie stuck her neck out for me and I am very grateful. She deserves employee of the year! The other guy though (whom I presume was the manager per the way he acted) was very rude.
