Subway — Restaurant in Page

One of the worst experience while coming here as a tourist. We came here at core business hours before Christmas day, to order veggie pizzas, salad and foot long breads for the family. The subway doesn't have onions at the peak time, and doesn't offer small pizzas listed on the board. And the members working here ( see attached pics ) doesn't answer polite, and said we are not specific about the orders when we specifically mentioned that we need patty on Salad and Breads for the cost. He took back all the orders we spent mentioning them and preparing it. And asked us to find some other subways and order from scratch. When asked for the management number to complaint, he hesitated and I had to take the members Pic as a showcase for complaint. I want the management to do somwthing reading it and want the guy to be removed from the job.

Update as on 12/31/2023 - I keep calling the subway to talk to the manager, and the two employees posted in the 📸 act as manager,and try to fool everyone. Till date I didn't hear any response to this review or a call back to my number. Please do not encourage this business. And that's how we can try to...

Let me start by saying I have been a customer of this subway on several occasions before and bought overpriced sandwiches or pizza there several times, despite the sarcastic, passive aggressive and just plain rude employees there. Two weeks before today I went to get water from the fountain and was yelled at by the employee that I have to pay for ice. I wasn't getting ice, I was getting tap water. Then today I went in to sit down to check something on my phone after having walked around and shopped at Wal Mart. I was then told by this same employee that the lobby was closed even though there were other people sitting and eating there. Apparently he didn't want me there because I hadn't bought anything right at that moment even though I had bought sandwiches there in the past many times. In previous visits I got a snarky, condescending answer from another employee when I asked what came on the pizzas. We had an exceptionally bad experience here. The woman was very rude. We asked for the Italian herb bread we could see on the rack and she told us it was too hot. The bread she gave us was stale. Since they were out of wraps, we got the turkey bacon avocado as a sandwich. But the next day when we came back, she told us to have that as a sandwich would be an extra $4. When we were asking for toppings to split on either side of the sandwich she was annoyed and was rolling her eyes when I realized there was another topping I wanted on my side of the sandwich asking “is there anything ELSE you want on this side of the sandwich?!?” As if we were idiots making her life so difficult. When asking for a cookie, she grabbed the wrong one so instead of risking our heads getting bitten off we just told her we wanted another one.
