Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Page City Limits

This is my first Jack in the Box experience. I heard a lot of good things about the brand but my experience has been nothing but disappointment. The food is average and that's something we expected going in. What ruined the experience was the drive thru cashier. It was a young girl taking the order. She was very rude and you can clearly tell that she is not happy working there. She also lacks knowledge about the store menu. When we ordered a coffee, she didn't ask about the sugar and cream level. When we asked her about the sugar and cream level, she sounded very impatient and blew us off with "we don't add cream and sugar, you add your own". We thought we had to bring our own sugar and cream for a moment. Then we asked if we get cream and sugar on the side because we don't drink coffee black, she ignored us and just close the drive thru window. I almost cancelled the order and wanted to drive away when she shut that window on me. When we got the ice coffee, it already has sugar and cream in there but we have no idea how much is in there. The service was absolutely one of the worst I have ever experienced. No wonder the lines at McDonald’s and Burger King down the street were packed and only two people were in line...

There were a ton of flies in the restaurant, the bathroom wasn't the cleanest, and when I tried to order something to accommodate for my many allergies (trust me, I know it's a pain, I try my best to be as easy as possible when I go out to eat), the employees weren't very knowledgeable or accommodating.. they did help me get what I needed but then forgot some things as I had to go back up to the counter a few times, and they seemed kind of annoyed about it too. One girl expressed she was new and I am sympathetic to that, we are all new at one point! But she had someone more experienced working with her who seemed annoyed with me and dietary restrictions. The new girl was actually a lot more pleasant than the other more experienced girl! I asked for a grilled chicken salad without cheese (I can't digest diary or gluten very well), and that was a problem because the salads are premade.. don't understand why they couldn't make something for me because I have an allergy..? Anyway, I ended up getting two side salads with grilled chicken on them which was fine but it just wasn't the greatest experience and I won't be...

If you are going to Page,AZ or Lake Powell I highly suggest you stay AWAY from this Jack In The Box. I was there on Saturday June 13th, I was there during Breakfast time and I asked if they serve lunch. The lady said yes but if I order lunch it will be awhile. I asked how long is awhile and she replied in a snotty voice . AWHILE! So I repeated how long is a awhile and she finally said about 3 mins which is nothing to wait when there is 8 cars in front of me. She was just trying to get me to not order the lunch menu because it was more work. Then I get the food and surprise the Fries are cold and the Chicken was hard. I asked the RUDE lady for Ranch dressing she gave me 1 and I ordered 3 Meals. I asked may I please have 2 more Ranches? She replies NO I shouldn't have gave you the 1 because they are for Chicken Strips only. I asked may I buy a few. Again NO. I just cant believe the food and service people get now days and even when we are during Covid-19 you would think they would be happy to have a customer and a job. NEVER GO HERE PLEASE GO TO McDonalds, Taco Bell, even Burger King. This Jack In The Box...
