Disappointed by Incomplete Order – Check Your Box Before You Leave!
We briefly stopped at this KFC while on a road trip to grab a quick dinner before heading to our hotel for the night. We ordered the 4-strip waffle meal, expecting a full meal after a long day of driving. Unfortunately, once we got to the hotel and opened the box, we realized they had only given us two chicken strips instead of four. That’s half the order missing.
It was already around 8:30 PM by then, and we were tired and not in the mood to drive back or make a fuss over it. But it was definitely frustrating—especially when you’re relying on that meal and you’ve paid for the full portion.
Sure, I can check the bag before leaving, but honestly, who opens every individual box at the counter or drive-thru to count the strips or fries? Most people trust that their order will be correct. It’s just basic attention to detail, and it was disappointing to see that being overlooked.
The food itself tasted fine—the chicken was warm, and the waffle was decent—but it’s hard to enjoy your meal when you know you’ve been shorted and there’s no easy fix. If I had been dining in, I’d have addressed it right away, but for takeout, especially when you’re traveling, it’s a big letdown.

Read moreI recently visited the KFC in Page, AZ and was genuinely impressed by how squeaky clean and spotless the entire restaurant was — from the dining area to the restrooms. It’s clear the staff take great pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, and it really showed. Hats off to the team for their hard work!
The staff were extremely courteous and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The ordering system was smooth and efficient, and my order was served very quickly — no long waits, which was a pleasant surprise.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the food wasn’t quite as hot as it should have been. It seemed like it might have been prepared a bit earlier than when it was served. That said, the food still tasted fresh and was well-prepared.
