Kiehl's — Local services in Palm Springs

It took me a few days to get to this review because I wanted to make sure it had my full attention and time, as it very so much deserves ! I honestly don’t have words to express my gratitude to the employees and this company for having the right kind of staffing and team!🙏 this past weekend my family and I where doing some pre Mother’s Day shopping in down town Palm Springs and my little sister lost my wallet! I thought for sure it was gone I cried I stressed so hard and of course canceled all my cards that where in there. For 4 days the staff did everything they could to get ahold of me and somehow and track me down !! Until finally one morning I woke up to a message that read we found your wallet call me and left their number. It was the store manger her name is Niesha. When I went to pick up my wallet that I had lost hope, in not only was absolutely everything there even the cash!! But the few people working there where just absolutely amazing and genuine souls so I can’t lie and say I’ve shopped here I love their products but I can definitely tell you that if multiple employees go above and beyond that far and doesn’t give up for days ! To make sure one of the most important things just about anyone NEEDS for their EVERYDAY life is returned then I definitely want to support that business financially and would gladly do so because I fully trust in the products they are selling as their so honest I have a hard time believing they would ever sell you something not worth your money!! They know how important it is lol!!! So I’m definitely going back this week to go shopping personally and get the full kiehls experience not just there amazing...

Fantastic store. They have a great variety of products. The staff is very nice and helpful. I always get their Avacado eye cream, and "Creme de Corps" body moisturizer- perfect for the desert climate. "Powerful- Strength Line-Reducing Concentrate" and their "Ultimate Strength Hand Salve" are miraculous and definitely staples in my daily regime. My first apartment in NYC was a few blocks away from the original Kiehl's on 3rd Ave and 13th St. I have been using Kiehl's since I was 15 years old. I have never been disappointed by any of their products. This pretty little boutique in Palm Springs will surely make you a lifelong patron of Kiehl's. They also give samples to try products you are not sure of buying, please only request a couple of items- do not take advantage of their genorousity. Absolutely ask the staff questions about the products, they are very enthusiastic to answer as they have tried most of, if not all of them. What a treat!!!! This store is amazingly merchandised and the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. I want to give a special shout out to Ricardo who took great care of myself and my partner and a friend who had never tried Kiehl’s and now is hooked. He was so super kind and spent time explaining the products and how to properly use them. I’ve been a Kiehl’s fanatic since I was 16 and can never get enough of the coriander body wash.
