The owner was exceptionally courteous—even after realizing I’m Deaf, he made sure to be attentive and available, which speaks volumes about the inclusive and thoughtful service here.

The staff, especially someone I’ve known for a while, always goes the extra mile to help me find exactly what I’m looking for—whether it’s a unique wine or a special liquor. They’re never pushy, never aloof—just genuinely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind.

I am very picky about supporting local and needed some pool wines today! Perry was actually closed but I called and Billy answered the phone after hours! Because I was only her for a few more days, he said hey why don’t you come on down and I will open the store for you! Talk about the royal treatment and catering to your customer!
