Express — Local services in Palmdale

I'm only giving this store 2 stars because the cashier's Chris & Vanessa deserve it. As for their manager Shake. She was just flat out rude. My mom shops in this store so many times, for the money that she spends she dosn't need to be talked down to from a mid 30 year old girl with a snappy attitude.

People work hard for the money we make and when my mom was asking a question about a coupon to use the manager Shake just had so much attitude. I just couldn't believe the way she was talking to my mom. I was actually shocked that she was the manager when cashier Vanessa took over i had to ask who she was and her name. I never write reviewes nor do I do surveys. So i hope something changes. Good customer service to the associates. They had a smile on their faces and were friendly. (Makes no sense for the manager do be so hostile)

Walked in today to shop for my husband's trip but not one employee was walking around the store to see if we needed assistance. I could hear them in the back talking but not walking around the store.
