Jackie was the BEST OF THE BEST from Kay's Jewelers Antelope Valley Mall!!!! She gave her full attention to finding out exactly what I needed, and she was sooo knowledgeable, personable, caring & fun. I will always go back to Kay's Jewelers first for my jewelry needs in the future! 🥰

I previously left Kevin's Jewelers and they couldn't fix any of my requests. Infact on my wedding ring I had a bent shank, chipped diamond, and a moved prong. Kevin's Jeweler wouldn't touch fixing it at all and I was quoted for a trade in of my wedding ring/guard ($3,500 value), for an upgrade of their ring at $6450, leaving me a whopping balance of $2,950!

Kays could on otherhand ACTUALLY FIX my wedding ring (can't see the chip on diamond anyway), and it only cost me $490.00 to get it all fixed!

In addition, the silver shank on my opal ring was tarnished because I did some cleaning around house. Kevin's Jewelers said they couldn't do a thing to restore it! 😔

But Kay's Jewelers can restore my opal ring shank by dipping it in silver for $90.00 (because it is silver to begin with). Kevin's Jewelers said it wasn't silver!

OH MY GOSH WHAT A DIFFERENCE KNOWLEDGE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE CAN MAKE!!!

It was wonderful meeting a jewelry specialist with such amazing energy and heart. I was blessed with being helped by Akmal the general manager and his wife while shopping for a first year mother's day gift for my wife. I wanted to make a super special and get her a necklace that would be from me and our baby daughter. Upon being greeted by everyone Akmal came over and showed several option until coming upon a beautiful necklace called center of me. It was perfect in signifying how much my wife mean to both me and our daughter. Akmal was not pushy at all but super kind and tentative. Upon closing out we had deep discussion of relationship and about each other. Akmal told me though one thing that will stick in my mind forever" a healthy relationship is based off of respect, listening, discussing, and a solution together. This is the worst ever Kay jewelers location around. Staff here is so stubborn and not really helpful (Staff representative name: Mericce). Instead of helping customers they are creating more troubles for the customers. My fiance went for her wedding bend and she liked one the moment they knew she liked they were start taking the advantage of the situation and marked higher price for ring. I was not there with her physically so I gave her my kay card to pay for it . I also gave all my information and they are not able to make transaction on my Kay credit card they are forcing me to do some additional procedure which is not make any sense and useless. My fiance should wait for more than 1 hour just to make actual transaction.

Conclusion: I rate it 0 star, very poor staff for consumer. My fiance has worst ever experience for buying ring. I also have trouble on phone. my fiance and I will never go this...
