T.J. Maxx — Local services in Palmdale

A few of the employees here are rude and very unaccommodating. The line was backed up to the women's clothing area and there were only 2 cashiers so I decided to take my items to jewelry and check out since I was buying earrings anyway. The young woman working jewelry had a bad attitude because she was taken away from the duties she was working on to assist me. I had a total of 8 items including the two pairs of earrings. She refused to check me out because accirding to her she could only check out 4 items includingjewlry at a time. I said ok, then we'll do two seperate transactions. She refused to do it so i asked for a manager and her manager stated she was doing me a courtesy of allowing me to check out since it seemed as though I was only buying the earrings to be able to check out faster. That alone was extremely rude, presumptive and 100% incorrect. I don't have to explan myself nor justify my purchase to her or anyone for that matter. Where is the customer service here? If anything, just appease every customer and employee in the store it should have been her pleasure to allow anyone to check out at jewelry even if they were not purchasing jewelry to help with the flow and provide a wonderful customer experience and customer service; but since I was actually purchasing jewelry for a specific reason there should not have been a problem at all. TJ Maxx of Palmdale, CA, this is highly unacceptable. You're a wonderful store that should have customer service at the forefront of every employees list of expectations. This will be a big reason why people will not spend their money with you and decide to go to other places where they're treated with respect and a welcoming spirit....

The security guard is raciest, rude and unprofessional! I was shopping there a few days ago and I was in the purse section. I was the only person in the purse section. As I was coming out of the purse section the male security glared at me and ran to the door as if I was going to run out of the store!!! I am sure the security camera can see this happen. The only purse I had on my arm was my own… The security guard continued to stare/mean glare at me as I went through the store. My daughter saw him run to the door as well being that she was standing in the jewelry section. This is not the 1st time I’ve experienced this male security guard watching me and appearing in the isles that I am in. Upon entering the store I hear him say “Welcome In” to everyone but myself and my family when we enter the store Today I put in a complaint to TJ Max. I frequently shop at this location but if I will be profiled by the security guard every time i come to Tj Max in palmdale I will definitely...

This location has the worst employees and the worst store management. BE AWARE. THEY WIL steal your money and they dont care about costumer satisfaction at all. I have purchased a jewelry piece that two minutes later I have found to be broken under the tag, I brought it the way to the store but store manager asked for me to bring it back the second day. On the second day employee Sky F did not help return their damaged product that was for $150 and she accused me of breaking it and she wont understand that it was broken under the tag. Managers there are so rude and they will not help what so ever. That day I made purchases of over $800 that will be returned to them and I totally dont recommend paying them a visit.
