Robeks Fresh Juices & Smoothies — Restaurant in Palmdale

Always loved robeks, enjoyed quite a variation of their smoothies, plus my favorite that I always got, the acai strawnana bowl but unfortunately todays visit included mold and bad service. After ordering and receiving my bowl I noticed it had some fairly obvious moldy blueberries, when I brought it to the workers attention they didn't seem to care much and just took the blueberries away (I understand fruit rots easily but as a restaurant they should have higher standards than at home and should maintain very fresh and clean supplies). The worker also just put the plastic lids on automatically which is lame because I try to reduce my plastic waste. Overall I will not be coming again but hopefully they can up their standards for future customers and as an additional note I love the recyclable bowls they use, hopefully you guys can incorporate more of those eco friendly options to help...

I wanted to like this place but this is my second visit and I ordered an avocado toast and a smoothie via the mobile app. When I arrived to pick up my order there were only 2 staff members there preparing the food so I had to wait a bit for my order. While waiting , I noticed that the young lady who was preparing my food had on gloves but was coughing and sneezing with no mask on while preparing my avocado toast and served it to me. I asked for a refund and Marco told me to call back after a few hours because there was no manager available to give a refund. They use STORE bought orange juice instead of fresh juice in their supposedly fresh juice! What a RIP OFF. FALSE ADVERTISING! I normally use an app to order, I happen to go in one day and say the employee making my juice and he grabbed a bottle of orange juice and poured it in my cup. I asked wait, you don't use fresh orange to make the juice, he said no we do not. What a complete fraud! I would like a REFUND for all the times I bought from the app and thought you were freshly squeezing oranges but instead you were using just a regular store bought orange juice with preservatives and sitting on a self for a month!
