Beware! Hotel management is dishonest and will not honor reservations. I had a rate secured using an official US government site where US government rates are pre-negotiated with the hotel chains and had this rate for weeks, but upon check-in, the manager did not honor that rate and manually increased the daily rate by 45% based on the rate available on the check in day. She (Autum Keys) was unwilling to honor the reservation. I had a US Government secured rate that was not honored. I secured a “US Government” negotiated rate and provided US government ID at check-in, which I have done countless times at other properties, but at this hotel the rate is not honored and my ID is deemed fake!||||I then sent a complaint to the Marriott Bonvoy club member services and received a reply from them stating that the problem was my official US Government identification presented a check-in was not valid. Really? The same US Government ID that has been presented to military police and granted me access to military bases is now deemed by the Marriott hotel manger as an invalid identification? Marriott hotel management is now so smart so as to detect fake US Government identifications at check-in that US Government military police are incapable of detecting. Amazing!||She never stated in this whole ordeal that the issue was my identification, that only came out later and after the Marriott Bonvoy complaint was filed. ||||This is dishonest and hotel management...
Read moreWorse hotel experience EVER! First off the indoor pool area smelled so bad like Chlorine it literally made my kids cough & choke to the point that they had to get out! I thought we had scored having a pool to our selfs but Soon realized it wasn’t that, just sitting inside the area made your eyes burn to the point of having to leave & wash your face to avid your eyes feeling like their on fire! Second, each ice station area had trash pilled up so bad I forgot where I was for a min. It was gross. And now for the best part we gather up our stuff , clean up , yes I cleaned up our room as much as possible to not leave a big mess for house keeping , we had borrow a blow up bed from the front desk & retuned that & left our room with the room keys inside & eveything turned Off well 30 mins we get a call saying our TV was broken & we would have to pay to fix it! I’m beside myself @ this point! Ian the manager says a house keeper found it but not once thought twice on what it looked like before she started cleaning, he pretty much called us liars & said it was us the paying customer no way house keeping had an accident & hit it , it had to be us, I would question my family too if I wasn’t the one WHO TURNED IT OFF ! Lesson Learned , ALWAYS HAVE A MOTEL/HOTEL EMPLOYEE WALK THROUGH WITH YOU BEFORE CHECK OUT SO YOU DONT GET CHARGED FOR OTHER PEOPLES MISTAKES. I will never stay @ a Marriott again in my life! I give them a NEGATIVE STAR...
Read moreWe made last minute plans to go to Six Flags and booked our reservations on the Bon Boy website on 7/23. We got a hotel a little ways away, but loved the price. The hotel is nice. Our room was a decent size. The room was clean. The lobby is nice, and they have a nice size indoor pool and spa. The room: The rooms fit 4 (2a/2k) well. The TV is a little small. The shower is a little dated. The fridge didn’t work till the night before we left, the closet doors are old and falling off the track. Other than that, the room was nice. No issues. The lobby: We got comped breakfast because of issues we had. I will say, their breakfast is good, even if it’s a bit pricey. They were constantly out of things too. They have a bar in the evenings. I will say that the 2 people “bar tending” and no clue what certain very popular drinks are (including what Malibu is). They were also out of several drinks too. The TV’s in the booths didn’t work. However, everyone is super nice and handles the issues promptly. The pool is a good.size but holy chlorine! I think it’s because it’s an indoor pool. But, still. If you have sensitive eyes, avoid it! Over all, we had a few minor issues but it was a decent hotel. We’d stay again.
Parking is $10 a night, which the website DOESN’T tell you when you book. And there is not a lot of...
