I went to the salon stations obviously to get my dogs hair cut. Lily the stylist questions me about vaccines shots I tell her she up to date. Then she calls the clinic and they even tell her “buttons” is up to date on her shots. She made it seem as though they told her something different so they sent me away I was so upset because I clearly knew buttons was up to date. So then I call the clinic and what do you know they tell me buttons is up to date on her vaccines and if you want you can come in and get an invoice, so that what I did. I went back to PetSmart and lily started stuttering she knew she was wrong and just did not want to do the job. So they give buttons an evaluation and tell me how low there gonna have to cut her hair because she was matted i said ok.

I get a call at least 15 mins later “I can’t cut your dogs hair it’s way to matted she needs to go to a vet” i get there to pick up buttons and the only thing they were able to shave was her face and one ear and it was like why give her an evaluation if you weren’t even going to do the job you should’ve knew that this is gonna be a difficult job in the first place. The way I received buttons was so terrible condition she looked so awful it was so sad I felt so bad for her

In the end I was never compensated they had me run around for vaccinations that are already up-to-date

Then evaluate my dog and they knew they were not gonna do the job

And sending her home with me looking so awful messed up I know I will not be returning to there salon again

I adopted a beautiful kitten, the people were extremely nice, pleasant and helpful. I'm only giving them one stars due my first kitten I had adopted had blood in her feces. Unfortunately I had no choice, I return the kitten to get another one. That's when I got my beautiful Merci. Unfortunately, I noticed mucus in her eyes, she has an eye infection! I then go to kiss her after giving her a bath and noticed a funny smell coming from her ears. I looked in her ears they are BLACK and filled with ear mites! At this point I'm wondering why they would adopt cats out that are unhealthy. It would be nice if they took their cats to the vet before putting them up for adoption. When I adopted her I was told she was 3 months old. The vet told me she was 6 or 7 months old. Which is no problem for me but it might be a problem for some. All in all I did have a great adoption experience. However, I am disappointed. Update. The vet told me that Kathy, who's in charge of the adoptions will not be taking care of the vet bill! I've only had her four or five days and I AM in charge of the vet bill! HELL NO!!!! This is my baby now, it is my job to keep her healthy, happy and well taken care of I do not care who I upset in the process! I love her and I will fight tooth and nail to get her taken care of! what an awful thing you have done not allow Half Way To Home rescue group show their dogs for adoption!!!! They save THOUSANDS of dogs each year, and the people that run the place love and are kind to the dogs in their care. It is their job to make sure a dog placed in a adoptive home is save in that home...... if there is the slightest doubt, they must refuse. Apparently somebody did NOT pass the guide lines took issue and tried to play the race card, probably insisting he would advertise EVERYWHERE that PetSmart allowed HWTH to disallow him a dog unfairly. Dogs are adopted innocents and cannot fend for themselves... the adoption placing rules are in place for a reason! In retaliation, PetSmart has elected to disallow HWTH to show their dogs for adoption from now on. That's just CRAZY!!! I have a large group of friends, all of who have at least one dog, who are banning together to boycott PetSmart for taking this action which can only harm the dogs in the end.
