Firehouse Subs Antelope Valley Mall — Restaurant in Palmdale

The food is GREAT. Prices are reasonable. Service is great. There was one problem. I tried to order on line and when I customized a sub I had to select "NO" for Mayo to try and get a sub with no Mayo. I did exactly that (a coworker watched me do it) and then I sent the order it. When it came the sub had mayo, when I checked the receipt it did NOT show the No mayo was selected. There are two ways to correct this on-line. The first is simply add a NOTE page to the order so we can specifically say "No Mayo on this sub" the second is to redo your order format showing ALL default settings for the sub (don't make me select customize to fix it) and then make me select YES to the default settings or uncheck what I do not want before accepting it. The bottom line is we specifically went into this order, customized a sub by selecting NO to mayo and the sub still came with Mayo on it and did not show this selection on the receipt. Poor Rod Hodges got the mayo sub = AGAIN after we did all this work to avoid it. We demand justice! No more mayo assaults!...

Long story... I love their Brisket sandwich, when it's done right. First time I went back under the new ownership my sandwich was cold and very little BBQ sauce. Second time, I asked for the sandwich to be warmer and extra BBQ sauce, it took them an extra 20 minutes to make it and it was too hot to eat! The third time, the guy says, "I remember you like your sandwich hot", I told him it didn't need to be hot, just warm. He makes the sandwich, serves it to me and it's on the wrong bread. Now he's not happy, he checks my order, see's it is on the wrong bread, makes me another one but with half the meat and very, very little BBQ sauce. Firehouse Subs might be my favorite sandwich place out of the others I've tried! I mean seriously they are incredible! I doordash it almost all the time and yes willing to pay the ridiculous fees for delivery to my home...lol... that's how much it's oh so good! I always get their Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwich and it always tastes good! I'll be sure to keep ordering from them whenever I feel like having a good sandwich, oh and their brownies? Omg lemme tell you, they are an A++! You have to get a Brownie when getting firehouse subs, if you don't there's something seriously wrong with you haha!
