Always a satisfied customer. Purchased halo designed engagement ring and within the 1st year the smaller diamonds started falling out. Mr. Mohammad made good and replaced them every time, with no cost to me. After the 2nd time Mr. Mohammad said if it happens again then he would either pay out of his pocket to have a custom replica ring made by his jeweler or go back to the manufacture. Well it happened again, we decided to try for the manufacture to honor their product. Mr. Mohammad went back to them and had them replace the entire ring, they made it to my ring size (instead of getting a smaller ring and having it sized up). It's been 2 years and no issues.
