Nopgow Thai — Restaurant in Palmdale

Okay. I’ve been coming to both Nopgow locations for years and the east side one is wonderful!! This location can get busy. I came in with a big party, everyone got their food except for me. They did not boil my boba for my boba tea. Pretty disappointing because the tea is $3.50. They forgot my friends chicken wings, and my mom got some slight food poisoning.

I’m familiar with Thai food, as I am half Pacific Islander. I thought it was wrong of them to give me raw boba balls, bring out my food way past overdue, and forget someones order. We are nice enough of humans to leave our waitress a nice tip still. The BUSINESS is wonderful!! The service at this restaurant location was not. The east side location is way better , and mellower in my opinion. Still like coming to Nopgow for my Thai food in the AV. Needs to be better service reinforced at this location...

Great Food!, Great Service! Great people! By far the best! I show up, the place is packed, wait for a table, the ladies see me at the door and always greet my party. When I do finally sit, not 1 minute passes when my soup, rolls, and beers are at my table!!! These ladies know their customers. If it's my wife and I, it's one order. If my kids are with me, the ladies know the upgrade! Never fails. Yesterday, I walked in at noon. Even with the whole Covid-19 and all, I was greeted as usual and my order was working while I was still ordering. Waited no more than 8 minutes! Lady walks out to the door and signals me to come in. Pretty good Thai...! Fresh and flavorful...! Very Very hard working staff and the owner dresses to the nines every day and might be the most beautiful woman in the Antelope Valley.. Super nice and attentive too.. Kinda blah atmosphere so most people order to go.. I'm going back twice a month and I'm more healthy because of it... Great Beef Yum..! The Chicken, not so much... 😏. The peanut sauce is authentic and yummy.. So is the owner.. Oh! I already went over that.....🙄.. You'll see, she's a very beautiful person. Super hard working owners and staff..
