Bought a nice torch flame lighter from this establishment and didnât realize until I got home that you had to carry around a tool to refill it. Wasnât made aware of it by the salesperson that sold it to me. I asked for a slimline, compact style. That was my only request as I was buying it for my fiancĂ© and she didnât want a large model/style. I told the salesgirl I wanted one she could keep in her front pocket. The employee went straight to this particular style and said that my fiancĂ© would like this one. It was slender and appeared to be within the described outline that I requested. I would have never bought it if she wouldâve explained to me that this particular model required u to also carry a tool to refill it. It wasnât until I got home that I realized that, and because u need a tool, it was certainly not the lighter that fit the description of what I was looking for. Okay. No big deal. I thought I would just take it back and the receipt says âexchange onlyâ so I would just have to find another style Within the parameters of what I needed. Took it back and the same girl was working who sold me the lighter was there and I explained that because u have to carry a tool with the lighter it wasnât the one for me. Not only did she not honor the exchange assertion on the receipt, she said that it wasnât A lighter that was eligible for an exchange. Iâm not one to get upset over a $20 lighter, But I do believe that interaction was worth a negative rating and caution to anyone in the market and thinking about buying a higher end lighter from the Party Shack East. It was the feeling of being shamed and the fact that another salesgirl joined in and took turns seeing who could embarrass me the most. I only asked for what was outlined on My receipt and they only needed to tell me âNoâ one time. The extra ânoâsâ and the ridicules were not necessary. If I would have known that they were gonna put in that much effort to deny an exchange, I would have saved myself the time and embarrassment of going through that exchange with...
Read moreI have to give 5 stars, I brought my own e-nail in so I could finally use it. I had bought 4 months ago, right before I left home, after getting out of state I discovered the instructions with it were useless, and it wasn't obvious how to setup, so I went to seek knowledge with these nice ladies. Not only did she spend 10 minutes showing me how to setup and use something she didn't sell, but she never pushed anything else for me to get, I needed a couple parts to make it work, had to ask her to show me. Lots to choose from, fair prices, and she gave me10% off, it wasn't because of my looks, I think she's just nice. I'll be back. Edit: I went back, even if you're clueless about what you want, you'll get what you need. Did you know there are...
Read moreThis place is pretty cool. They have an assortment of well designed knives and kunais as well as even a katana. They seem well stocked in all things relating to tobacco. In the back is an adult section which requires an ID to enter (18+ age). The people who run this place are super cool people. My group ended up buying a couple things while we were there but a large portion of our time there was discussing local areas to visit while we were still on our trip. They were very knowledgeable of the area and we're happy to give us recommendations for which we are extremely grateful for! This place is...
