I recently visited Spice and Tea Exchange, and I have to say that my experience was made all the more enjoyable thanks to the exceptional customer service provided by Aja.

As soon as I entered the store, Aja greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome. She took the time to understand my needs and preferences, providing me with some great recommendations and helping me find exactly what I was looking for.

Throughout my visit, Aja went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. She was knowledgeable about the products, patient with my questions, and even provided some great cooking tips.

What really stood out to me was Aja's genuine kindness and willingness to help. She took the time to engage with me, making me feel like a valued customer and ensuring that I had a positive experience.

On our recent stay in PCB we were looking for a nice place to enjoy a cup of tea and discovered The Spice & Tea Exchange. In the heart of all the action at Pier Park, this location does not disappoint. From the moment you arrive you will feel warm and welcomed by the friendly staff and owners. Walking around and just smelling the teas and talking about the benefits is such a great experience. We returned every single day of our trip and visited with Lance and Sandie and had delicious warm teas made for us and walked out with a bundle of teas and spices on our last day to take and enjoy at home. This location is a MUST visit for every tea and spice lover around. I also recommend anyone who has the slightest interest in tea and/or spices to not hesitate and stop in for a visit and great conversation. You may learn something new, but more importantly you will feel like more than a customer...as you will enter as a stranger but leave...

I could live in this shop permanently! Met the owner and she was lovely, but also had just a wonderful time chatting with one of the younger staff members who shared her recommendations and even little trivia tid bits about the history behind some of the teas!

Honestly could spend $1000 in here if I had the money- so many seasonings and teas and tea accessories that just called my name. They have big smell jars of all the seasonings and teas so you can get a better feel before buying.

Also have some super unique tea soy candles which smell and look amazing- they have beautiful tea leaves in the wax.

Already made one stop for a few purchases, but will be going back to buy some Christmas gifts and more for us...
