Lilly's corporate office needs to do a better job of explaining what purchases allow you to receive the "free gift with purchase." I left this store to go buy my item from the department store in the same shopping center because, quite frankly, it sounded like a bogus reason that a licensed item was not really a Lilly Pulitzer item-and therefore did not make it an eligible purchase to get the free gift. (It was full price, had the Lilly name and pattern on it and did not have to meet a particular price point.) I heard from the salesperson at Dillards that it only applies to clothing items -- not accessories, shoes, etc. If your purchase has to be a clothing item, it would eliminate a lot of hassle by PUTTING THAT IN YOR AD. Buyer beware-- ask about the fine print if your are due a bonus item! Otherwise, this store has a fine selection and the sales people...

Very beautiful store with a decent selection, but when I walked in the store, the girl behind the counter never even spoke. Appeared as if she was on her phone. She never once asked if I had questions or needed help. Another young lady came from the back and walked right past me, again never spoke or offered assistance. Please know that I was the only shopper in the store. My wife and I have come to this store every year for almost 10 years on our vacation trips 2-3 times yearly. We have been frustrated for the last few years at the smell of sewage every time we walk into the store. It’s frustrating because they have great items and amazing staff.
