The conference center was accessible via the Linq hotel, so that is where our rooms were. I stood in the registration line for an hour to have a person check me in because their kiosk system wouldn't recognize my company credit card. It was the credit card used to purchase the room. I received printed directions for my room, but they took me to broken elevators. Everyone had to lug their luggage up a flight of stairs before getting on elevators on the 2nd floor. At this time, someone ran over my foot with their suitcase and cut my toe open. I figured I'd take care of it soon in my room. I reserved a room with a bathtub so I could relax after my meetings. However, when I entered the room, there was no bathtub and the room was literally vibrating from the incredibly loud music playing at the party pool right outside my window. I do not go to Vegas to party. I turned right around and stood in the registration line for another hour, with my toe bleeding all over my shoe the whole time. I paid extra money to get a room away from the pool because all the rooms reserved for our convention group were by the pool. Not cool. I highly doubt everyone in a group of educators wants that experience. I certainly didn't. Also, none of the rooms have a bathtub. Why was it advertised that they did? I would've booked in a different hotel had I known upfront. After getting settled and fixing my toe, I walked 15 minutes from my room to the convention center. Not a problem for me, but it was hard for other conference participants that needed to use canes, wheelchairs, etc. The conference included free breakfast, lunch, and snacks at two nightly receptions. The food simply wasn't good. The worst was a hamburger that was literally raw. After the first day, I didn't eat the free food anymore and bought my own. On my 2nd day, my room key wouldn't open my door. I stood in the reception line for the 3rd time to talk to a person. She thought my door battery was dead. A security guard met me outside my room. It was dead. The security guard waited with me for an hour before maintenance showed up to replace the battery. The maintenance worker said two or three of these batteries have been dying every day, but they can't just replace them all. Why not? Do you enjoy inconveniencing 2 or 3 customers for a couple hours each each day? You obviously know you have a problem. That night, there was a thunderstorm. At the convention center, big black carts were catching water where the roof was damaged from the rain. A new convention center wasn't built with a strong enough roof to withstand a rainstorm? There were security guards guarding us, but I'm not sure why. They locked the doors to the beautiful patio area outside the convention center. People complained because they wanted to go outside and warm up. Some people wanted to smoke. The only other way to get outside was to walk all the way back to the Linq. Finally, they unlocked the doors. On my last convention day, I left for lunch. When I came back, the outside doors had been locked again. It would have been another 15 to 20 minute walk to get back in through the Linq. I was at the main outside doors of the convention center and our convention wasn't over yet. I banged on the doors. 4 employees, including 1 security guard, looked at me and walked by without opening the door. I was wearing my conference badge. Two employees came outside through a side door to smoke, but they refused to let me in either. I eventually went around. Silly me thinking I could access the convention center from the main doors! Once inside, work was in full swing to finally repair the damaged roof. Workers and materials were everywhere, which may be why they locked out paying conference attendees? I was extremely happy to leave. While I won't have a choice in whether or not our conference is held here again, I will most certainly be staying at a different hotel next time. This was an extremely disappointing Vegas conference experience. Worst convention center/hotel venue I have...

I had an amazing time attending Medicarians Vegas 2025 at the Caesars Forum in Las Vegas from March 31st to April 2nd! With over 4,000 attendees — including 1,500+ agents, 250+ speakers, 150+ IMOs/FMOs, and 100+ carriers — this event was truly packed with energy, insight, and inspiration.
It was a gathering of some of the most passionate professionals in the industry: agents, brokers, agency owners, IMOs, FMOs, carriers, health plans, investors, startups, compliance executives, and regulators — all working toward one mission: helping people live longer, better lives physically, financially, and mentally.
Our team from Medicare Resource Center | Nancy Care 4U had a blast! We learned so much, enjoyed great food and drinks, picked up some fun free gifts, and reconnected with so many friends and industry partners.
Caesars Forum is also a great place for event spaces — plenty of rooms, excellent service, beautiful views, and a lovely outdoor area perfect for after-event relaxation. Plus, the stunning backdrop of the world’s largest observation wheel makes it a gorgeous spot for photos!
Can’t wait for next year!

Read moreA nice looking but immensely frustrating convention center. (1) Most importantly: there are no concessions / food! Not a single coffee place! My conference had free coffee for a brief morning window, at which the lines were enormous. Getting coffee required a 10 minute walk plus very long lines to nearby hotels or the Linq promenade, leading to a lot of wasted time. (2) Inadequate power outlets -- the hallways were full of people sitting on the floor desperately charging laptops on the few outlets; (3) It's well known that casino spaces in Las Vegas are deliberately disorienting, but I wasn't expecting the conference center itself to have cryptic layouts, where to get to room 238 one actually has to enter room 205, which isn't indicated on any official sign. (4) The outdoor patio is excellent. Unfortunately, in part of it there's music piped in. Who on earth wants dance music at 11am when trying to have a serious conversation? I really got the sense that this was an amateurishly run convention center. It looks good, though. Note, by the way, that many of the reviews here are for the Caesar's Forum Shops, not the Forum...
