Caesar's Palace is a beautiful hotel with the Forum shops within walking distance offering a variety of designer shops and foods. The central location on the strip makes it the ideal place to stay. It was our first time staying here and we enjoyed our stay but everything was way too over priced in the hotel like water was $7 at the local gift shop and Starbucks was also $7 for a Tall Machiatto. Yikes! You might as well go bankrupt before even hitting the casino. We checked in at the front lobby so we could get a map and directions to our room but they also offer a self check-in via kiosks which is nice and an express check out section. The staff here is amazing and gave us a complimentary upgrade to the Palace Tower and we had a wonderful king bedroom with comfortable bedding, a jetted tub, a shower, and a well stocked fridge. I was however disappointed that they had a Keruig machine but no coffee or K cups were to be found. I searched in the cabinets thinking there must be coffee somewhere but nothing. Why would you have a Keruig in the room if you're not going to offer any K cups? Honestly looks very cheap from the hotels side. They did offer the basic shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soap in the bathrooms but nothing fancy. The room was clean when we arrived and plenty of space to walk around and I felt right at home. They do offer a $10 food and beverage credit per day if you decide not to have house cleaning which was a nice option to have. We also paid a $45 resort fee per day and the pools weren't even open during the January season which was disappointing. At least have a Jacuzzi open. Its Vegas I'm sure people would love to have pool parties or just lounge by the water. WI-FI was also not included so my resort fee really felt like it was going down the drain each day.
In order to get to our room we had to walk through he gambling area, then some designer shops and finally reached the Palace Tower elevators across the outside pools to go up. The hotel does offer a lot of eating options via their many restaurants and the Bacchanal Buffet which was honestly disappointing and just filled with seafood and pork. They also have the Omnia nightclub here if you're interested in that kind of stuff and offer some shows as well that the concierge desk can help you book.
Overall, the hotel is beautiful with Roman artwork and statues but the pools were closed which was a downside and the resort fee was a lot per day with zero offerings. The central location makes it the ideal spot for being in Vegas though and plenty of food options. The Linq hotel walkway is also right across and offers many great restaurants and...
Read moreThe coffee stand in the front of the casino I think it's by Guy savvy or Savoy anyways they're coffee is really amazing it's a little pricey kind of like Starbucks maybe a tad bit more but might I say if I dare that it's better than Starbucks please don't hate me for the truth but you always get a great cup of coffee no matter what I recommend the white mocha iced it was very delicious and it was very strong and it just had the right flavor to Expresso ratio and you know what those ladies always have a smile on their face they're not pushy there's always a line but you know it's worth it and you're always treated as if you are the most important guest so for that I'm thankful for because nothing chaps my butt more than when you go to a Starbucks or another you know five Star coffee joint and they're busy and you're rushed or you're treated as if they've been doing this all day long so I'm thankful that I'm treated as a VIP every time even though I don't have a diamond card I'm just have the basic start out one but I've been coming here for a long time and every time I'm treated as if I'm number one and not it's not only the coffee place it's everywhere in Caesars you're treated with a form of respect you know you're treated as if you're a millionaire or a star you know and I really thankful for that it's hard to find places on the strip that treat you like that you know I don't always win here but with the great customer service in the great attitudes of everybody else it's almost worth losing your money at least if you lose your money here you won't leave with a bad attitude because you're treated with respect...
Read moreTo say this place has gone downhill is an understatement, my brother is a 7 star and recommended me to stay here. They do not offer complimentary parking , the parking is $18 per day ( valet $50 per day) and all the way on the opposite side of the casino, when I inquired because when I originally booked they said parking was included they said the $18 is a service fee which is ridiculous being you have to walk all the way to the other side. When you use your room key to get in and out of the parking garage it wonât work and when you call customer service they will Hangul on you.On top of that you will be charged additional for wifi that does not work, your room will be costly but will not be clean, lights that are out and lamp shades that are broken. No one will show up to fix it.The customer service was horrible no one was accommodating, or sincere for friendly. No complimentary coffee. The list goes on. To put it to you short this is not the once amazing Caesarsâs Palace weâve known over history and time, please book and support other hotels! Palms is great! Aria great, so is...
