Meredith Marks — Local services in Park City

As much I enjoy shopping at this store in person, it's completely different than the online store. I placed in a order for the "bye bye baby" T-shirt on December 11, 2023 and received and email stating the the order has been shipped on December 21, 2023. As I know it was the holiday season and things get busy, as a customer you continue to wait for your order that you placed in. I've called multiple times and each time that I've called, a nice lady would say "we will call you back in an hour to keep you posted on your order" and no one will call me back within that hour. Finally today January 16, 2024 I called, and Juliet that I spoked too informed me that there was multiple notes made about my order and she said, "I see that no one has called you about it" and she placed me on hold to check the status of my order. In the end result, she informed me that the "bye bye baby" T-shirt is out of stock. Well how convenient that it is out of stock when I placed in my order on December 11, 2023. She informed me that I could wait until its restocked or I can get a refund, and I asked for my refund.

This is very bad customer service and no one should ever have to go through it. It's pretty simple, either you have it or you don't have it and you update your website when items are in stock or...

After coming across some MM Jewelry that we loved online. My friend and I decided to make a day trip to shop the store in person. As soon as we walked in the store we had felt extremely Akward as two employees who were working that day, didn’t even say hi or make any sort of conversation. They just watched us walk around (we were the only ones in the store). With that, I’m not sure if there was jewelry in the back behind closed doors or something but other than what seemed like a random selection of clothes, we didn’t see much on the floor as far as jewelry goes. Any other time I would of just asked the person working the floor, however, we were over the vibes at that point. After feeling so excited about shopping and checking out MM in person, we felt pretty let down and left...

My husband and I had an incredible experience at Meredith Marks Park City, thanks to the amazing sales associate, Kimberly. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a warm and sweet spirit. We ended up talking for an hour, and Kimberly’s extensive knowledge about every item in the store, down to the fabrics and jewelry, was truly impressive.

She provided excellent recommendations, and her genuine passion for what she does shined through in every conversation. We even took pictures together to capture the wonderful experience. I am eagerly looking forward to making more purchases with Kimberly’s expert guidance in the future. We can’t wait to visit again!
