It’s happened! Gourmet cookies have come to Park City. Chip is located in the BACK of Park City Mercantile, so walk THROUGH the shop. The counter is small but is plenty for the cookie-money exchange. This isn't a cafe, so plan to continue your stroll down Main Street with your "prize." This is going to be a very popular après ski for kids of all ages. They're know of their OG - a chocolate chip cookie. Chocolate chip is my son's favorite. My husband said, "these are better than Crumbl." (So if you're looking for a comparison). I got the biscoff and it was so good. I haven't had a cookie like that before. Creative: A, Taste: A. [Biscoff Chip - gourmet chip cookie made with biscoff cookies, white chocolate chips + stuffed with biscoff cookie butter] We're local; yes we're actually Parkites. We'll be back (soon).

I had a great experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made great recommendations. The cookies were fresh and full of flavor, especially the SW semi-sweet chocolate chip with the perfect amount of sea salt on top. Definitely coming back!👍👌😎

Scrumptious freshly baked cookies in the heart of PC! Nice flavor, gooey and delicious. Had the OG and salted chocolate and the salted chocolate seemed to have dark chocolate chips and was tastier in my opinion

I have high expectations in this place however when I got there. The flavors showing in their website for this specific location is not the one they’re serving. I check the IG page of chip and it says that the special cookie is available in ALL CHIP LOCATIONS, but guess what they don’t have it in store. Please update your menu!!! Staff is amazing and...
