Meant to spend all day in Park City. This store was the fourth we visited and left such a sour taste in our mouths we left Park City early. From the moment we walked in we were hounded by what I can only assume was the manager, a thin brunette in her 40s or 50s, who seemed perfectly polite at first but quickly turned a sales pitch into relentless pressure. My husband and I have both worked retail and sales, and were astounded at how she thought this was an acceptable way to treat customers. It felt like she had intrusively joined us in our shopping trip. Seriously. There wasn’t an area of the store we could walk to without her following around and intruding in our conversation. Talking about what animal the fur belonged to, although it’s on the tag, and a plethora of other information no one asked her. Despite multiple attempts at politely brushing her off she seemed incapable of taking a hint and began asking what’s our budget and what we do for work. Once again, we tried brushing her off, as we were wanting to shop without pressure, but after giving her ambiguous answers to her questionnaire, she said “thanks for stopping by” and walked us out…..like…..we had somehow wasted her time??? Time we never asked from her to begin with?? Never in our lives had my husband or I had this happen. Absolutely abysmal customer service. I was visiting Park City and walked into this store to just browse their nice selections of coats, fur and etc. This nice guy by the name of Marcus approached me and asked if I needed any help. From that moment it was all the BEST customer service experience ever! He was so nice and helpful. He truly wanted to help me pick what I really liked. He didn’t even once pushed me to purchase anything rather than what I wanted. He listened to me when I was explaining to him as what I like. He told me I can order so many of their pieces with any fur trimming I like. He brought me so many samples just to make sure I pick what I really like. He never rushed me through this process. I really loved the idea since I love fashion and designing so that was the BEST idea. I ordered one coat that can’t wait to receive and wear it. I also bought another beautiful pieces that I couldn’t say no to it since he kindly gave me a good discount on it. I’ll be definitely visiting this store again on our next trip.
