DO NOT STAY HERE!! We had to most horrible experience. I rented a unit for 4 days for over $8000 and the hot tub was broken, the dryer was broken, there were fingernails in the carpet and a Band aid in the juicer. And that was just the beginning . AvantStay refused to take accountability and barely offered a reasonable refund. There was a man pretending to be the owner wandering around the property and even entered the unit on multiple occasions. It’s not safe and...

Stayed in Parkite 34 with 6 friends and everything was wonderful! The unit was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Incredible location right on Main Street, but towards the end so not too loud or busy. Customer service from Luxury Mountain Destinations was responsive, reliable, and helpful.
