Park City has a lot of local shops, restaurants and coffee shops! I always love to support local where and when I can especially for something as daily as a cup of coffee. My husband and I just finished breakfast up the street and were ready for a good cup of coffee. I found the Pink Elephant on Yelp and read some good reviews with high praise. The Pink Elephant is located on the second floor of a shop, so pay attention and watch for their sign. The stairs in the back of the store lead to a small second floor where Pink Elephant is located. It's a quant coffee counter with some locally sourced and vegan bakery items available. My husband and I ordered our usually coffee beverages. They did have milk alternatives which anymore is necessary for coffee shops. There was only one person working at the time which I believe was the owner. He was friendly, pleasant and welcoming. The shop was hard to find and it's small and lies in the 2nd floor above a clothing brand. The place is very small, can hardly handle 8 people at one time. The taste is good. I went their because of it's rating I saw on Google but to be honest 3.5 is good rating rather than 4.5 if we include it's Ambiance. No doubt coffee was really good which deserves 4 or 4.5.

Read moreThis is the favorite coffee shop we found during our trip to Park City...we came back, twice! Each of the baristas were friendly, welcoming, and professional. My wife and I ordered their lattes with almond milk and our daughter had their hot cocoa. We also had some of their baked goods, which were excellent...an important part of any good coffee shop! Finally, we bought a bag of freshly roasted coffee beans for our trip back home.
