Tanner Trading — Local services in Park City

Super cheap, overpriced jewelry. We used to love this store but recently realized it's not the same store it used to be. We bought our 17 year old daughter a $70 turquoise ring for her birthday thinking it would be something she would have and cherish for many years. Unfortunately within a week one of the stones fell out. Thankfully the store exchanged it for us but made it clear they would only do that one time...well within a week the stone in her new ring also fell out and the ring immediately became misshapen. She was very careful with it too (which she shouldn't have to be!) This experience is so surprising given that I have had silver turquoise rings for decades that I wear all of the time and they are in perfect shape still. So disappointed that they would sell us cheap jewelry and not stand behind...

My husband and I visited Tanner Trading in Park City, Utah just a month ago. The associates were extremely nice, asking if we needed help but also giving us time to look at all of the beautiful things in the shop. Our associate took time to explain the different varieties of stone, their characteristics and quality. She also shared information about the Native American Artists that designed and made the pieces we were interested in. I purchased a hoop style earring with Sleeping Beauty stones around the hoop. DISGUSTING TREATMENT TO DELIVERY DRIVERS! These rich unethical owners charged us $650 for breaking down under a load. We lost two days of revenue and had to pay $700 for our repairs. These things are out of our control. So you feel the need to take even more from us when we have already lost so much. Typical rich people. Keep the working class down so you can stay up. Real nice. On top of that they had us sitting around for 3 hours while they found another place for us to deliver rather than the first address we were given and arent willing to pay us for that time. Such hypocrisy! But again, what else do we expect from rich owners?...
