Stio is fantastic! Their clothes are 10/10 and holy cow their customer service is wonderful. I ordered some things online that I had to return and the people at the Park City store were possibly the nicest people ever. They were super understanding and gave me tons of helpful information. I wandered around a bit and overheard them talking with other customers and they were so eager to help people--with their shopping but also just with general outdoor Utah questions. My only issue is that their clothes seem to run a bit big and I would REALLY appreciate if they sold items in 00 or xxs. I want to buy more things! I thought I had found my Forever Ski Apparel company in Stio. I purchased a pair of Environ Bibs and after a half season of wearing them, they incurred a tear in the mid-thigh after normal use. When I submitted a warranty/replacement claim they informed my that "This tear appears to be an incidental damage, so unfortunately, that is not covered under warranty." Compared to experiences I've had with OR and Patagonia, Stios policies around assuring that their products live up to basic quality standards is way below the industry standard. Jordan took the time to locate the size and color I wanted, held it for me while I ran a couple errands, and made it simple and easy when I arrived.
