I visited this business today and noticed the person behind the register greeted and said goodbye to everyone walking in and out. Never acknowledged me either time. About 3 couples walked in right before I was leaving and sure enough, he said hi to each one. I thought maybe, just maybe I was wrong, but no, didn’t say a word as I left. I passed by the register a few times and he never said a thing. Yet he had plenty of time to play cards with the younger person there with him. If this business intends to get return customers, then they need to treat everyone equally. Btw, I am Hispanic and speak perfectly good English, so it wasn’t that. Even if I didn’t, there is no reason to single me out. I will be taking my business elsewhere. The people that previously occupied that building and had the same type of business gave people much better customer service. I gave this business 1 star because there wasn’t a zero choice. Update 11/02 What you failed to mention in your below reply is that I called you a few mins before that to give you the above experience I had, also explaining that I would have emailed you but you didn’t have one listed. You explained to me that your husband and you are well versed in giving good CS. You said you wanted me to take my review off. You also said twice to me that I was imagining how I was treated that day. Not only that, but you also said to me “I’m sorry you don’t have anything better going on in your life than to write a bad review.” I replied to you “I don’t have anything better going on in my life? You don’t even know me to say that.” Also, your original reply to me read at the end “While I appreciate your taking the time to write a review, I ask that you remove this because it is a cruel thing for you to leave such criticism of a business that just opened. Shame on you.” Btw, I took a screenshot of your original reply so that I won’t be told that I imagined it. Unless we are aware of what we might be doing wrong, we can’t get better at it. That is why I called you. I didn’t need an apology, I just wanted to make you aware of it. I hope your business does well, I really do. I enjoy going to these...
