Omg I went in the morning on june 12th and ordered a cake for a surprise bday party to be held the next day on the 13th in the evening and a gentleman named Ellie toke my order and then got side tracked by somethind shiny that walked in the door if you know what I mean. So give me my receipt in before I walked out I realized that he had not giving me my $5 coupon off which I pulled up on my phone. So I waited and got his attention and he said he would apply that following day and something just told me before I went to pick the cake up on the 13th for the party to call first so I do this and a very nice man answer the phone his name was Nathan and I gave him the information on my ticket and ask him if my cake was ready. Well Nathan asked if he could call me back. Okay 10 minutes later there's no cake for me I have a surprise party and nobody ordered a cake for me it wasn't put in. I was absolutely floored and astonished by the fact that I had no cake for the surprise party. So I told are you telling me that I do not have a cake for my party? He apologize very sincerely and told me to come in and he would try to find me a cake close to what I had ordered. Without any other options because only a Baskin Robbins ice cream cake would do 4 the surprise birthday man I want on in and Nathan was very very apologetic told me how sorry he was found me a cake that was close to what I wanted and I was very happy. Bottom line does gentleman Nathan has worked for Baskin-Robbins for 2 years and cares very much about the customers of Baskin Robbins. Nathan handled the situation and got me a cake very similar to the one that I ordered let me use my $5 off coupon. But best of all he told me he could not write on the cake as well as it would have been if my order was sent to the decorator which it was not. But when I received the cake in front and paid for it it was beautiful and I was so happy to see that Baskin Robbins had an employee that cared so much about their reputation and trying to please their customers as well as he did. Just want to let you know you have a gem of an employee and I think you have an awesome young man on your team. I will be back again. The girl didn't make enough to fool the cup then gave me attitude about it when I asked her to fill it up. She said it's at the fill line.... Ummm that little ridge about a cm from the top... OK well it's not even filled to there. I politely asked her to fill it up being I would like to get what I paid for. Didn't start to see her attitude until this point. She clearly was upset she didn't make the proper amount the first time and had to make some more. The body language said it all. Hands me the drink and says here. I say ty and she turned around and walked away. Asked for her name so I could complain and she didn't feel confidante giving it out. Well if you see this girl working at this Baskins save yourself the rudeness and incompetence.
Update "the manager" (Bri) offered me a free drink, just to ask for her. Well the issue is she is never there or is only there for a few hours around open and of course doesn't tell any workers or anything. I ask but they've no idea what I'm taking about... I work nights and don't show up until later afternoon lol. This place is a joke and she had the balls to call me up all ask me to change my yelp review! Will the real manager of this place please stand up?! Smh
UPDATE : I received a "compliment on yelp" I was told by Bri the manager because I won't change my review I'm now being told I can't come to the store and I'm being denied...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis baskin robins is pathetic. My wife placed an order for a polar pizza made with jamoca almond ice cream. My wife called the store before to confirm and the guy working when we called said that pizza was being made at another location. We called the store he referred us to and they said that he lied and the the pizza was going to be made where we were supposed to pick it up. We called this location back and the guy claimed he didnt have any info on our order. He said he would make the pizza and it would be ready for our scheduled pick up time. I showed up and he gave me my order, as i was walking out i checked my pizza and it was a disgrace!! It was LITERALLY MELTED ICE CREAM on a big cookie. It RUINED my sons little birthday party he had with his buddies. Jomoca almond is LITERALLY my sons favorite ice cream. He was super disappointed. He had to settle for cookie dough(which neither one of us is a fan of) because it was all they had in the pre made case. The pictures i posted are what they tried to send me home with.. Then when i try to get info from the guy working, like his name or a corporate number or email he was really defensive saying it wasnt his fault that he didnt make it.. yet he said he was the only one that had been there all day, but remember i said when we called earlier the guy that answered the phone said he was gonna make it?...
