It was pretty good but the employees really ruined the experience for us. it was 35 minutes before closing time and before we even place the order they told us that we can only serve you into go items even though I told them that we are quick eaters and would be done way before closing time. I felt that this was very rude just because you have a particular closing time doesn't mean you close and kick all your customers out a customer that orders food right before closing should be able to have the same enjoyment as any other customer throughout the day. even though it was 30 minutes before closing time they went ahead and started putting all the chairs on top of the tables and making it very obvious that the second 10 was going to hit they were going to lock the door and be out of there that's not the way you need to do business.
Next I had a coupon and it was a buy one get one free coupon on their app. I often go to another location a few times a week and have built up a lot of credits on their app so I often get buy one get one free coupons I also know by going to the other location that you put the two items on Bill better the most expensive and then you get the second one for free and then you add your additional items after that which is how I always order it but if this location because they were in such a hurry to leave and they somehow were blocking my T-Mobile connection so I had to use their Wi-Fi which was taking forever to connect to they wanted my full order before I was able to put the coupon on once I got the coupon and put it on it did exactly what I thought it was going to do which they promised it would not do which was apply to coupon to the lowest priced item it needs to apply to the second to the highest item. So I simply told them to void that lowest item and apply it to the other item to make it free the lady at the cash register threw up her arms and hollered at some other guy and told him that he can "deal with me". He was able to take care of this situation fairly quickly when the receipt printed out he put the receipt underneath the cash drawer instead of handing it to me and after a while I asked if I get my receipt or not and he begrudgingly handed it to me. when I looked at the receipt I noticed they were asking me to fill out a survey and my guess is he wanted to keep the receipt private so that the survey would not be filled out I guess that's one way to make sure all your survey results are good by avoiding giving receipts to people who you know how problems with the...

Initially, I had placed an order using the Noodles and Company app, expecting it to be delivered by DoorDash. Unfortunately, the driver chose to steal my food and falsely claimed that it had been delivered. Frustrated by this situation, I reached out to the store to seek assistance.
