We were in the market for beautiful well made outdoor furniture. Our neighbor told us about Paddy O. When you walk into their showroom you can instantly tell this furniture is made with quality materials. We were greeted by John who listened to use carefully, and walked us around showing loungers that could work for our needs. There are many different styles and material to choose from. Once we made our decision on material it was time to pick cushion colors. John was so helpful grabbing different pillows, and cushion colors from all over the store until we found the perfect ones. They had our loungers in stock with the color we wanted. Scheduling delivery was easy. We had paid for white glove delivery. This is a must. The gentlemen were nice, careful bringing loungers through our home (due to construction in our yard). They set everything up for us, added cushions and removed all garbage when finished. I saw a fire pit online I was interested in so I stopped by the Tempe location to see if they had it on the showroom floor. They did not, however they went above and beyond to accommodate me when I mentioned I’m a very visual person, in that I wanted to see it before buying. Karen and Mitch were super friendly, fun and customer service oriented, in which they arranged an impromptu FaceTime call with Eric in the warehouse to show me the item in stock at the warehouse. All three of them were very patient and thorough answering my questions, as well as providing useful insights to help feel confident choosing the best product for my needs. My Wife and I had our pool remodled and had a difficult time finding a place in the Valley that had outdoor/pool furniture that we liked, online was even worse so we gave it a shot to try Paddy O' Furniture. We were greeted quickly by Derek, he showed us different types of chairs, lounges, rugs, tables, umbrellas and thought well, we could upgrade our pool and patio furniture at the same time. We looked at each other and could see this is the absolute best furniture you could find to sit/lay in, will last a long time and the warranty is "out of this world"!!.
