Edited to include details for the owner as requested: Good morning. I live in the neighborhood. Yesterday, I stopped by just to browse. I ended up buying two items. During the purchase, the sales associate (or possibly you, the owner) removed the sales sticker from one of the products and attempted to remove it from the other item. I thought it was odd. I should have just asked why. But then I assumed it was a final sale because it is a small shop, though I didn't see a sign that said so. But later, I read the e-receipt, which says items can be returned unopened within 7 days. The removal of the stickers rubbed me the wrong way. If I changed my mind and wanted to return the items, how would I be able to do so since the stickers were removed? I looked online to call to ask, but a phone number is not listed.
