I experienced THE most ABSURD customer service (from the OWNER herself) this evening. To say i’m APPALLED, is an understatement. So i am from Philly, i used to frequent Bella (years ago), but haven’t been to this part of the city in quite awhile. I just recently started going to PT next door, and i rediscovered Bella. Twice a week i have therapy, and i almost always pop my head in to just look after my appts. I would like to preface this by saying- i, myself, run a small boutique in Another part of the city. Customer Service is my #1 priority and passion in life. I PRIDE myself on that skill. Anyone who knows me knows i go above and beyond to please. i have worked in the Restaurant Industry and Retail for over 20+ years now. So i walk in around 745 this evening.. i asked if it was ok to come in (they close at 8), they said of course. As I’m walking around looking very casually (but quickly, and RESPECTFULLY)..I’m telling the two associates about my business, talking Social Media, and then how i rediscovered Bella and how i can’t walk in and not buy something. I had just PRAISED the boutique, and told them i run a business. All the while- i picked up 3 items.. the owner and the girls are discussing remerchandising the store (it’s not like they were coated up, ready to flee the store). I very casually said “I’m just going to try these few things on super quick”.. and the owner goes “NO. it’s almost 8pm” I honestly stood there in shock. I picked my jaw up off the floor, and i said- so wait., i really can’t try these on really quick? She flat out said NO. That was it. she then goes around remerchandising the store. At first i thought the girls were embarrassed. I’m not even sure why i still asked if i could try the one leather jacket on in front of the mirror? At this point i wanted to spit in her face. But in spite i did try the coat on, i turned to the one girl and said- is she serious? She goes “she’s the owner”. So they let me in (i mean i walked in at 745.. there was even a man who walked in to sell them a pair of shoes after me). They allowed me to peruse and pick up these 3 items. And then denied a SALE?! i felt like i was on candid camera.. ESPECIALLY knowing i run a business. i was NOT trying to disrespect them (which they insinuated after). Flabbergasted, and honestly so disappointed (there was a cute little stripe top i most likely would have purchased).. i turned to the owner and TOLD her HOW APPALLED i was.. and that i just got done PRAISING Her business.. but simply because of her poor judgement.. i would never step foot in there again. They had the audacity to ask me if i would LET my associate stay- they have “personal lives”, and “places to be”.. i couldn’t even believe those words cane out of their mouths. To be honest.. customers come first. i was about to purchase an item. I was literally trying on 3 very quick items (not a whole wardrobe), and after this was all said and done.. it was 7:59 when i stormed out. .. and if i EVER was told that an associate of mine refused a sale, offended a customer, or DIDN’t go above and beyond to please a client at my store.. that person would be fired. hands down. Extremely disappointed and just. Wow. I am not one to bash another small business.. but let this be a slap...

Back in 2011/2012 i was referred by my sister to check out this place and when i was there visiting i did so I purchased 2 Louis Vuitton alma bags one pink one green pictured below i bought the green as a gift for my sister she and i both loved them dearly i Treasure my bag where it with pride but years went by and i said its time for a upgrade i took my bag to a different consignment shop and they did the entropy test and a came back a fake yes a FAKE!!!!! I contacted the store and ask to speak to the owner and was denied so i explain to the employee what happened and i was told sorry theres nothing we can do so i then went on and DM them on there instagram page in hoping to get ahold of the owner to make things right little did i know that was a waste of time yes she was no help i ask if they can look up the purchase check there surveillance anything i can to make them believe me because i no longer had the receipt and was hoping they would look it up as per her advantage They aka the store do not keep records that long nor did she recalled 2 odd color bags in her store but me and my sister and 2 friends all recall the asian owner Dominique being the one who sold the items to me so as for now i was scammed beware beware i contacted my family lawyer and as for my 3 witnesses we should be clear to take her to small claims court and make this right we need to keep scam artists like this out of Philadelphia becarful I think it is impossible for a store owner not to recall these to add color bags being purchased at the same time I don't care if it was a decade ago she's a...

I purchased a purse from Bella Boutique on Poshmark, however, it was never sent and none of my messages were responded to, Poshmark reached out and was not responded to. I finally called the store and was informed that (1) they don't have the purse I purchased and (2) the seller information on Poshmark is old, they do not monitor that page or receive notifications from that page. I am disappointed that I wasted time and money to purchase an item listed by a seller who is not even checking that page or updating it or responding to purchasers who have paid money and are waiting to receive the product.
