I have been looking for help with my under eye area for a while. I did my research and had 3 separate consultations to understand my options and potential recommendations. 2 of the 3 recommended starting with filler off the bat which just didn't sit right. Luckily, I met Janine at an event who recommended starting with a few rounds of resurfacing treatments to address the problem (bags/creasing). The laser she uses is a little painful but extremely worth it. I've had two rounds and the bags under my eyes have soften and smoothed, my whole face is tighter with smaller pores and reduced signs of sun damage. After my second treatment, I also wanted to see Lisa' about the loss of volume in my cheeks (I'll be 40 this year). I have searched high and low for a place that would assist me in caring for my largest organ- my skin- as I age. I made an appointment with Simone and could not have been happier. She discussed ALL options and gave me suggestions. She told me cosmetic practices that she would do and supported and those that were too dangerous. She immediately responded to my MANY emails and calls when I was nervous about looking like a frozen old lady trying to be young. I feel like I look amazing and cannot imagine growing gracefully without this group and will forever be grateful to have encountered such a reasonable, professional, kind, and reliable practice!!! Jenn was my aesthetician , was not friendly or informative . I received a chemical peel . The chemical peel did not work , I see no result and I paid 125 for it. Big waste of money. After the “facial” she gave me no sample products to prep my face with after and it was just a awkward “okay pay me” “don’t wash your face until tonight “ and “bye”. When I called back expressing my concerns about my skin and service the front desk woman was very fickle and not helpful at all.
