My first time at light med spa I have to say was the best customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time ! The staff were extremely pleasant not only to myself but my son who sat in the waiting area during my service. They provided special hot chocolate with a spider man character for him offered refreshments during my visit greeted me upon arrival and allowed me to still be seen even when I arrived 15 mins late due to parking (this is downtown which is expected).
