As a regular at Bistro La Bia, I can confidently say that this local Italian family-owned business is an absolute treasure. Each visit feels like coming home, thanks to the consistently outstanding food and service that make every meal special!!!
The moment I walk through the door, I'm greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of hospitality.
The food at Bistro La Bia is nothing short of extraordinary. Every dish I've tried, and I've tried many, is a testament to the quality and authenticity that the restaurant prides itself on. The mussels are always fresh and succulent, served in a savory broth that is perfect for dipping the complimentary bread!!!! The eggplant rollatini is another standout, with thinly sliced eggplant rolled around a rich ricotta filling and topped with marinara and melted cheese.
Among my favorite dishes is the chicken parm, perfectly breaded and cooked to perfection, topped with a rich, flavorful marinara sauce and melted cheese that creates a harmonious blend of textures and tastes!!!! Just saying it is A-Ma-Zing!!! Plus it comes with homemade pasta - I think so- is also a personal favorite, consistently cooked to perfection and paired with rich, savory sauces that are a true delight.
The dessert menu is equally impressive. I often indulge in the tiramisu and it’s is light and creamy, with just the right balance of coffee and cocoa!!!!
Plus - The BYOB policy is a fantastic touch, allowing guests to bring their favorite wines to complement the exquisite cuisine.
If you're looking for an exceptional dining experience that feels like a warm embrace from an Italian family, look no further than Bistro La Bia. It's a place that keeps me coming back time and time again.
Bravo to the entire team at Bistro La Bia! Five stars,...

Chocolate Mousse Cake (AMAZING FLAVOR AND TEXTURE) 5 Star

Service needs some help, they take very long to serve. The actual waitress doesn’t help much and only came to give water. After that, tried to take my utensils when I only ate appetizer. She was confused as if she doesn’t know what she’s supposed to do. Took an hour just to get the appetizer. Another long wait for them to clear the table. I had about 3 total persons come since I had to keep asking for some service. The table beside me came 30 min after and they’re leaving before me. The two other workers are nice, I just feel like they were not prepared to serve today. It isn’t packed either. Maybe the cheff or training or unorganized. They are very limited on supplies either. They don’t have napkins, nor tissue, or other drinks besides tap water and bottled water. It is BYOB but that seems like at least a soda or juice should be an option. I would like to see them upgrade to a better system to improve their flow rate.
Location aesthetically is very nice and calm. Lighting is cute, star light type design Soothing area with friendly other customers. Outside seating may need an upgrade since the roof is just tarp that is very small compared to the actual space needed to cover.

Read moreWhere to start. My wife and I are all about reviews and this restaurant seemed to get great reviews so we set out while in town to go here for some amazing Italian food. . Looking back these great reviews are quite old. Unfortunately there was nothing good to report here beside the warm bread in the beginning and the fact that we could bring our own wine. Please know every step of the way we were waiting for it to get better but did not. The eggplant as our app was absolutely frozen and reheated and it was bland and still cold. No flavor what so ever. . We ordered very simple chicken parm with the homemade fettuccine with the vodka sauce.. My wife just plain chicken with a side of pasta. Besides being hot enough, the food was so bland. We kept looking at one another and saying, really. Not one time, not one did someone say, how is your dinner as of they knew the answer. This tasted nothing like we expected and the pasta which was home made was not cooked properly. I feel that maybe this place needs to revamp the kitchen. Also the place needs complete renovation for sure . It was so very hot in this place with 1ac unit that eventually i had to ask them to turn on or up. . If you still give this place a chance, go to the restroom before you get there. This restroom is the so small and outdated. Please don't think I'm being too harsh. Just wish someone told us especially with so many other choices. Sorry...
