Came here to get my prom dress made. And I hated it. It was nothing like what I wanted. and I was told that I was stuck with the dress. The dress aaa raggedy and falling apart. It didn’t fit me correctly. Was charged over $800 dollars, and I still don’t understand why, I asked if I could exchanged the dress or just simply return it for my money (she could keep the deposit) she showed me a dress on her wall and asked for $1600 more dollars, then showed me a dress that no one ever picked up and asked for $650, but she failed to realize that I gave her all my money for a dress I could’ve made at home and did better...now I have no prom dress, and my prom is in 5 days. I cried so hard in the store because I wouldn’t even be able to go on my senior prom because my dress was so terrible. This would’ve been my first time going on prom and I couldn’t. Your better off buying a dress already made having someone make it. I wish I could insert photos of the dress to show how terrible it was. I was unsatisfied. Instead of telling me that she didn’t know how to make it, she took my money and ruined it, then had the nerve to keep asking me for more money. She knew I was unsatisfied with the results and she knew she didn’t do so good on the dress (because she kept offering me other dresses but asking for $1,000) I wish I could’ve attended my senior prom, its a experience I missed and will never get again, I regret...

I called and asked this Asian man to speak with a manager so I can ask questions concerning the business and how things work with them and he said "we don't have a business" and hung up on me.

I called directly back and no answer.

Now I'm thinking Can y'all visa carrying individuals that come here to open businesses , do it in places you actually respect the people who fund you and live there.

Because foreigners really open up businesses and devalue they're customers or potential customers without regard because all they want is money. This is BAD BUSINESS, and I'd say it needs to be shut down after the ignorance I just heard. 0 STAR PERFORMANCE 0...
