If I could give them 10 stars I would! After looking at places for 6 months...I planned on applying to the Collins, at last minute changed my mind, due to looking for 2 bedrooms. However, that fell through and I immediately called the Collins and spoke Dani and Davon. They were fantastic! They listened to me and answered my questions and were tremendous help before I even applied!

Once I did it was seamless! Dani is amazing, she answered all my questions over and over again, always with a smile. She provided multiple solutions to outcomes and made my move stress free. And it only got better! The staff had assisted in making sure my moving truck and my items coming in was smooth. I had multiple items coming in through the mail and they had it on a cart waiting for me. They never been unfriendly, never not answered a question.

Front desk staff, beyond helpful and friendly. They knew who I was and assisted me with questions and a unique moving van situation. They look out for their residents.

Dani even helped me when I was trying to set up my wifi and was having issues. This was a huge move for me but because of this team, I found a home!

Oh yeah, super quiet apartments, clean, clean and clean! Zero issues found in apartment. Secure building, only residents can enter. Maintenance team are the best! Virtual tours provided show the apartments as they are...no surprises. Building is well cared for.

Resident portal is user friendly and convenient.

I can say, I had a stress-free moving process because the Collins is managed by a powerhouse team... Dani and Davon! Backed by an amazing front desk staff and supported by an amazing...

I would not recommend moving into this building now that they have been taken over by a new management company (Scully Company). I have moved many times in Philadelphia, and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had.

5 days before my move in, I was told that they had made a mistake and the unit I expected was no longer available. The management of the company, particularly Christina, took no ownership of their mistake and almost seemed annoyed that I was upset that what I was promised and signed a lease for was not what I was moving into. They had zero empathy and offered no real solutions other than at a later date moving into a different unit (which was the correct layout I had signed for), and paying a higher price in rent. They were extremely poor at communicating with me, and I had to press them multiple times for an update the day before I was scheduled to move in. I ended up having to cancel my lease and move all of my belongings into storage the day of my scheduled move.

I just signed the lease for an apartment in a building managed by Dani and Davon, and I’m really excited about it! From the moment I first got in touch with them, they’ve been super friendly, professional, and clearly care about the people living here.

Dani and Davon are honestly amazing. They’ve been quick to respond to any questions I’ve had, and it’s obvious they’re dedicated to making sure everything runs smoothly. It’s great knowing I’m in good hands.

The building is really well-kept, too. Everything from the common areas to the apartment itself is in great shape. You can tell they put a lot of effort into keeping it clean and maintained, which is a huge plus.

The communication has been great as well. They’re always clear and timely with any updates, whether it’s about building policies or upcoming maintenance. It’s really nice not having to guess about anything.

I’m really looking forward to living here—it’s already been a great experience, and I’m confident that’ll continue with Dani and Davon managing...
