This review is long overdue. So much so, that even a novel couldn’t do it justice. “About Face Skincare” is in reality all “About You”. Prior to my initial consult, I was taking oral antibiotics and spending $100’s of dollars on skincare products that were only making my stress-related/hormonal acne even worse! I spent a year frustrated, self-conscious and un-hopeful. Up until my initial consult, I had lost faith of ever leaving the house without makeup ever again. That all changed, when I met Naomi. For the first time, all my concerns were finally being heard. Naomi looked beyond just my acne and took time to understand me as a whole person. As a medical provider (Dentist) myself, I knew I could place trust in Naomi as my provider. By using a combination of ISOLAZ, Clear & Brilliant and Porification products, my skin has dramatically improved and thus so my confidence! All this being said, I understand and accept that acne is influenced by many variables and in my case, stress plays a huge role. Recently, I underwent a very stressful period and as a consequently my acne relapsed horrendously. My face was a testament to all the stress and emotions I was bottling up inside. Fortunately, Briana was able to squeeze me in last minute and treat my outbreak. Up until that point, I was in “survival mode”, not allowing myself to acknowledge the trauma I had recently underwent. It wasn’t until I was in the chair, being treated, that I allowed myself to feel vulnerable and taken care of for the first time. Briana was so caring, heartfelt and supportive. She generously provided her time to help address my outbreak, but also provide words of wisdom and support. That appointment was the “straw that broke the camel’s back”. Within a matter of days, I was able to turn a new leaf and as a result my acne quickly resolved. What Briana did for me, meant more to me than she will ever know. This applies to all the ladies at “About Face Skincare”. Nicole is exceptional and truly gifted in her craft. Melissa is sweet and kind to a fault, always there for moral support and great conversation. I’m forever grateful for this exceptional team of providers. Not only are they experts in their field, but they are morally and ethically guided in every decision they make. Thank you for taking care of me! My experience at “About Face Skincare” has far reached beyond my expectations. I look forward to my treatments because my skin has obviously reaped the benefits, but most importantly because I know I’ll be amongst friends whom I have grown to trust and depend...

I went to this office few months ago. Wanted to get filler under my eyes. Nicole was the lady who was doing my filler. Charged me $2500 for injecting my cheeks where i wanted to get rid of dark circles and wanted to camouflage under the eye area. She told me by injecting the cheeks i will look better. I took before and after pictures and didn't see any difference. I called them couple days later crying. That was a lot of money for not getting any results. They told me to come back. I wanted to speak to Naomi the owner who I saw in the other room but they lied that she wasn't there. She asked me if I'm willing to spend another 900 dollars so she can fix it. I said I'm not spending a dollar here so, she walked out and then came back and said she can do one syringe but noting else. For all the money they took they could only fix with one where I paid for three. I go to other places now and people are honest and professional. I wold never recommend this place to anyone. You have to be careful where you go. Tats how they make their money by lying to you that you will look better. I shouldn't have paid right away but she told me it takes one day to look the way it suppose to. Now i know it supposed to look good asap you live the office. Im happy where i go now and i look great. They recommend what i need and they said for the job they did for 2500$ she could do with one syringe for 650$....what a big difference. And you would think a place in the city...

Raelle is a miracle worker.

My skin has been my biggest insecurity since I was a girl. Into adulthood, I struggled with tons of skin concerns including acne, discoloration, sun damage, and aging. After just one treatment and a few months of her recommended product routine, my skin is truly the best it’s ever been. Raelle has completely transformed my skin and complexion. I couldn’t be happier! I got my second laser treatment today and SO excited for the results.

For the first time in my entire life, I have confidence in my skin. Before this, even on my best days, I felt the need to wear a full face of makeup.
