When I first came here I felt good vibes and wanted to tell everyone I knew because the owner drew me in, not only with his vibes, but also because he's a nail connoiseur, till my second visit. The owner had his son charge me, and I understand with all the confusion, the kid made a mistake and overcharged me. I called the owner and to make a long story short, the owner's financial ethics are questionable. Firstly, because he was hesitant and did not believe me. I felt bad because I did not expect him to act the way he did. He needs to let his son learn from his mistakes, and also give people the benefit of the doubt. In the end he returned my money, I was not " double charged" like he said. With all that said, he could have made things better by offering me a discount, because $55 dollars for acrylic refill nails is too damn much money. Worst nail salon experience ever! From what I observed from them this is a family owned business and the lady who did my nails is the mom; she was very rude yelled at me twice when I was just telling her the shape and length of the nails I wanted. The lady’s mother came into the salon and as she was talking to her the lady pinched my shoulder to get my attention… I laughed it off but it actually left a mark. Lady also cut me with the buffer many times… And it’s not like she’s talented and skilled enough for me to look the other way- the nails are incredibly lumpy and uneven, my cuticles have never looked worse and she didn’t cover my entire nails in acrylic. HORRIBLE experience and people! I don’t typically write reviews but this salon should not be running.

BONUS: there was a lady that walked in the salon while I was getting my nails done with a strong Caribbean accent, they were insanely rude to her and made fun...

The one who worked here with the grey hair is beyond disgusting. She’s was rude and very unprofessional. Came in today to get dip powder before my flight. When I came i asked if they would be able to do it. One lady said it was fine as long as it’s only for dip powder. But unfortunately she had another client with a schedule. I asked her if she wanted me to leave and come back .
