As a native this has always been my favorite station to use getting around the city. I used to take the R7 home to North Philly train station from the Gallery Mall. As someone not having lived here for 13 years and not used to be construction it was hard navigating. When you are inside the mall the station is easy to find. If you are being dripped off its hard to find a door to the station. Its weird to explain. I got dropped off at Reading Terminal. I knew I had to use a certain entrance. Thank God I happened to look into a window and realized it was an entrance ti the station. Septa please put out something on the ztreet to direct folks to the station otherwise they will miss it. This is one of the most comfortable and clean stations Septa has to offer. Just wish their trains were the same albeit the Airport train was clean and I appreciated the side doors they have now. The kiosks on the platform did not wirk so I had to pay on the train. $8 instead of $6.75. I was bummed about that. Also the esclator didn't work so I couldn't go upstairs to use the restroom with a big suitcase. Septa please address these issues.

My train came in late (after 11 p.m.) and while I have been there often before, it was a real challenge finding my way out of the building. Almost all of the stairs and escalators were blocked. There were even doors chained shut. If there was an emergency there was no clear way out. It was almost a bit spooky. However I eventually found a staff member that was able to point me to an open staircase. The neighborhood is awful. Dirty and filled with homelessness. There is garbage everywhere. However, if you need to be in the Convention Center and Center City area, this station stop is the best way to get to and from the Phil Airport. Even with my seemingly negative view of this station, I will use it again during my next trip because it continues to be the best option from the airport.

Jefferson Station is the staple for mass transportation, it's done in such a way other cities in the world weep 😥😥😥 If you haven't visited the Fashion District grab your money and do your shopping from jewelry to videos they have.

I used to love coming here, to the Gallery AND the station itself because this station used to remind me of an airport and had LOTS of stores and eateries that were fun to shop and dine at. Nowadays it's dirty, with a lot of it's stores being gutted obviously due to the renovations, their bathrooms are hella dirty. I mean, i know they're bathroom and all but my goodness! Almost every time, i try to go to the train station itself there is always either some homeless guy trying to catcall me or some annoying weirdo trying to sell oil to people who clearly don't know the meaning of the word "no" unless you get angry or aggressive with them or tell them off. Like... where is all the security nowadays? Speaking of the train station, it used to be SOOOO easy to get to it from anywhere in the Gallery but thanks to the construction you'd have to either get to it through Burlington and risk missing your train or go through the entrance by Old Navy so plan...
