I purchased R+Co Zig Zag from the Camelback Town and Country Store and I loved it. I didn't use it every day and it was therefore was going to last given it's ample bottle size. After about four months, with still a half bottle left, the product turned from a white to brown spray. I called the store and was told to bring it in for an exchange. I explained I didn't have a receipt. I drove all the way back to the store today and a different person refused to exchange the defective product because I purchased it over 90 days ago. This was despite me pointing out it's a product that turned DEFECTIVE (I obviously can't control the date it went defective). When I asked for the managers number, she would only give me the general store number. Do not purchase products here. The store is very well organized and has amazing-clean brands so you donāt have to worry if what youāre buying will be harmful. The real reason my experience was amazing was because of Amanda. She is such a gem! She listened to my concerns and helped me find something within my price point while also giving me great advice on ingredients.
