My wife and I were beginning our search for a new couch. We were at the Biltmore Commons and we stumbled upon Lovesac. I had seen their comercials during football games and was familiar with their product. We went in at 7:00 pm and the store closed at 8:00 pm. I figured we would be told to look around and at 7:45 they would take our email and send us a link. However, it was far from that. We met Silvia, she gave us a full demonstration on the Lovesac product and how comfortable and modular it is. She also showed us optional add ons and how these features may be beneficial. Silvia stayed about 20 minutes past closing and sent us a quote to our email. We were not planning on buying a couch, however we were so happy with Lovesac we went back the next day and bought a couch.
These are priced fairly compared to similar products. You can buy a sectional from Costco, Wayfair, or Ashley for $2,000, however the quality is not as good and you are unable to build with the piece over time. With the Lovesac if a single piece breaks you can replace it. If the fabric starts to wear on one cushion you can replace the fabric for that one cushion. It is also made of high quality wood and metal. There is no particle board in this couch.
Delivery is quick. We got the full couch within 5 calendar days. The negative is that assembly is more time consuming and labor intensive than the YouTube videos make it out to be. However, I was able to assemble this couch on my own in 1 day and you do not need a single tool. I would rather assemble this Lovesac than a piece of furniture from IKEA. For ultimate efficiency I would recomend 3 people. 2 people to wrap the fabric on the sides and 1 to stuff the cushions. If you do not have time or are physically unable to put the couch together you can always hire a handyman or someone from Taskrabbit.
The most discouraging thing for me is that Lovesac uses FedEx. FedEx was great at getting the package quickly from the factory in Texas to Phoenix, however the delivery people are not as good as UPS. They left all of the packages in our driveway and did not ring our doorbell. Since they did not even go to our door we did not get a Nest notification.

I had done my research online and was lucky to find a store that was close to physically see what I had decided on, online to verify the known quality, and it checked out. The experience was nice. Everybody was friendly. Of course, taking my money is always a friendly interaction for businesses. But it just was pleasant all the way around. The delivery process was painless. The only issue I had was when you make a manual order in a store and then you sign up onlinr with the same email that you use to place your manual order, they don't connect the purchase so you can't track your order. It's email tracking only. So when you place a manual order, the only thing you're doing by signing up is giving them telemetry data for them to turn...
