We have been coming here for several years now. Lisa has always done a fantastic job. We came back this year for our annual old time photos. Lisa wasn’t there this trip. As we viewed our photos I really didn’t care for any of them, however my husband found two shots that he liked so we purchased those. She printed them out and they looked yellowish green. We went in for pictures of a group of seven and she was very rude sounding from the beginning. My husband wanted to get one picture of me in color in my outfit and offered to pay because we understand that's how they make their money she very rudely stated that he could take one on his phone but he would have to pay for it, and when he asked how much it would be that he didn't mind she started saying 50 or $60 for one picture on your phone.We left it alone after that,but we seemed to be very rushed after that she was just trying to hurry up and get us...

Skip this location. The entire process was rushed and we were made to feel like we were a bother. She told us we got one time to look at the photos taken and would not be able to look through again, a decision would have to be made. Super rushed process. Guest service is lacking. Have done dozens of old time photos, this one is at the bottom of the list. Poor guest relation. Poor photo quality. We left with a print out that included other stage props in our photo.
