Our experience here at the Arbors was absolutely amazing. We were up on the 5th floor in a room with a jacuzzi. The views from up there were absolutely insane, rain or shine. The room was immaculate, and the jacuzzi tub was incredible. Took a long time to fill up, due mostly to the fact that it could fit two people comfortably. Also, I ran a cleaner through the jets, and everything came back clean. No gunk whatsoever, proving just how clean the staff keeps the rooms. It was always quiet at all hours, minus when they had the live singer over the weekends. (Although it was really easy to just turn on the Television and block out any sound from outside, it wasn't too loud.) He wasn't a bad listen at all, I particularly enjoyed his version of "Time in a Bottle." They always had the fire pit going every night and into the early morning hours. Between the fire pit and the very well-kept grounds, the whole place was serene. There are only two downsides, one being that there is only one elevator for the entire hotel. This wasn't much of a problem for us as it wasn't too busy during our stay, we only had to wait for the elevator maybe once. However, this being said, parking was the worst aspect of our whole trip. It genuinely did not appear to be a busy season for the hotel, but it was very difficult for us to find parking. If you're coming into the parking lot late at night or early in the morning, there are virtually no parking spots left. Other than that, I can only say that we didn't receive the amazing customer service that most people mention. Im not sure if this was due to us checking in/out at unconventional times or whatever else, but the experience with the people at the front desk wasn't over the top. The Arbors are at a very convenient location, within walking distance to almost everything in Pigeon Forge. Maybe a 5-10 minute walk to the Island, depending on how fast you're going. Overall, we had an amazing experience and will most definitely make this the only place we stay when we are in the area. 10/10.

Firstly, a huge thank you to the amazing staff that work here. We were struggling to find a place that would allow us to park our RV in the parking lot while we stayed at the hotel and without hesitation the sweetest lady assured me that she'd make it work for us!!! Not only did we get a great deal on adjoining rooms but we were closer to the dinner and show we had scheduled to see! Upon arrival, the amazing staff had set out cones to mark where we could mark the RV. We walked in and Randy was there with a huge smile ready to great us. He made sure the process was quick and simple. We even got a compliment breakfast at the pancake house across the street, for all 8 of us!!!! The rooms were beautiful. We had stayed at about 5 different hotels during our trip across the states so far and this particular stay made us feel the most at home. The rooms weren't top of the line updated but they were very nice and offered a very cozy clean feeling. You can tell alot of care goes into this place. The location was so close to so many different fun things for the family to do. It offered a very clean swimming pool, little wading pool and hot tub! We will be back!!!!

First-rate experience here, all around. I loved all of the little things that made this such an enjoyable stay: free coffee in our room and the front lobby, a nightly firepit with complimentary smores, 24 hour pool and hot tub, free parking and free pancake breakfasts at Reagan’s. The pool area has a lovely gazebo and teak furniture and even a beautiful waterfall fountain. I’m sure other hotels charge for these niceties, but Arbors includes it as if it’s no big deal and just the right thing to do. Very hard to find places with this business model!!! The rooms were clean and comfy. I always felt safe there and it’s centrally located, so we were able to walk to The Island and Alcatraz Crime Museum, among other attractions. Pricing: extremely fair for what you get. Generously low, even. They also give discounts to teachers, military, police and others who serve the community. What a bonus! Lastly, the front desk staff are AWESOME. Friendly, attentive and communicative. I hung out with Randy who was super cool and he gave me tons of helpful advice about what to do for fun and what to avoid that you can only get from locals. I will most definitely stay here again!

This will be a long one. Our room was fine, no complaints about the room at all, but we were very disappointed in service from the office. There was a large group there with even more kids (12 to 14 kids). The kids overtook the pool and made it impossible to use. When we went down we could only sit on the top step. Two other couples came down, waited and watched how these kids were acting and left. Another couple came down and finally gave up and sat in the kiddie pool. The kids were cannonballing, doing head flips, throwing toys, running and jumping, riding on each other's backs and shoulders playing chicken (this isn't a large pool), making the pool impossible to use. We complained to the office and got "I know who your talking about. We've had problems with them all week. We've gotten a lot of complaints", and then, nothing. They sent no one out, no one came to talk to them, just basically a shrug. We finally gave up and left. Several hours later we came back to the hotel hoping for a swim but the kids were still in the pool, still making it impossible to use so we just went to our room. The following day when we got back from site seeing we were hot and really wanted to swim. No kids in the pool. We got in and a few minutes later, here they came, all 12 to 14 of them. Immediately cannonballing within inches of us. I asked them if they could please not do that and just wait, we'd only be in the pool for 15 to 20 minutes. They started screaming and yelling, saying we couldn't tell them what to do, I'm not their parent, ECT. Then one called her mother, lied and said we told them they couldn't use the pool. Within seconds mom, another mom, some other lady and an uncle showed up screaming their heads off. Saying their kids can do whatever they wanted and if we didn't like it we could leave. I told the mom all we asked for was no cannonballing for 15 or 20 minutes, she laid out a string of cuss words and threatened me (65 and disabled), then the uncle threatened to beat up my 70 year old disabled husband. I was still in the pool at this point and the mom told one of the kids to "bomb me" and the kid backed up, ran full force and almost landed on my head. My husband at that point said he was calling the police, and as he was walking to the office a maintenance man said the office called them. They suddenly told the kids to hurry up and get out of the pool saying "We gotta go! We gotta go! Hurry up and get out!" and scattered but the police got there fast and most were still in the parking lot. The mom lied, stating we ordered the kids out of the pool, stated we were cussing and swearing at them which never happened. They talked to us and a witness. The police said there really wasn't anything they could do, that the hotel management was the one that should have come out and delt with the kids. After the police left the kids were right back in the pool so we just left. My husband went into the office and the lady said she understood the frustration and again said they had been a problem all week and that this was the second time someone called the police on them. I don't know why the hotel didn't deal with this group. They just sat in the office. Leaving other guests to not be able to access the pool and to be verbally assaulted. When we checked out, my husband told them we were very upset about the way they handled this and that we've stayed at this hotel twice, but we would not come back. She just said "Well, sorry you feel that way". No apology, no reason. So just beware, if there is a threatening group there, the hotel will do nothing...

First time in Pigeon Forge for my bf and this hotel was recommended numerous times! We will definitely come here again. This will be a long review and I only really write reviews if I enjoyed something or didn’t enjoy something. We REALLY enjoyed our stay here! The location is very convenient! We wanted to be on the strip and walking distance to some of the activities and attractions. This is on a busy road and lots of traffic. We walked to the island Inn amusement park and got on a couple of rides, arcade, and did the Old time photo. On the strip there’s more activities and everything is basically in the same area. Some things are on the same street and next to each other. It looks really nice at night and it is less crowded.

The hotel is amazing! It is kind of an outside hotel, there are chairs outside the doors, and people can sit out and play cards, or just sit and chat. So I would say there’s not much privacy when you are entering or exiting your room. The outside hallways to the room are kind of small and tight. The lobby is small and doesn’t really have chairs or anywhere to sit. There were free donuts, lemonade, and tea! Also a nice campfire area.

The rooms are really nice and the biggest room we have had on a vacation! The bed was the most comfortable bed everrr! I actually slept through the night. I usually have a hard time sleeping in other hotel beds. The pillows were soft too and they have extra smaller ones in the cabinet if you need smaller dense ones. The sink was very big and took up most of the sink area. We loved the couch, extra tables, and table benches. The tub was a great size and nice for a relaxing bath, if needed. Water got really hot and stayed hot for a long time.

There’s also a breakfast place Regans pancakes I believe right across from the hotel. You get a voucher from the hotel for free pancakes and you can upgrade $5.99 for the buffet or order off the menu. Most people will upgrade for the buffet because it’s a great deal. They have a lot of food to choose from and it was nice and hot! My bf loved the pancakes. It gets crowded the later you go. We went early our first day at 7:30 and were seated immediately no wait time. The 2nd day we came later at 9 and we had a wait time of 15 minutes and it was so crowded and a line at the door. We walked to the breakfast place and it takes a long time for traffic to calm down.

Our favorite part was the hot tub. The pool area ad hot tub is open 24 hours! It was a very quiet and peaceful stay! We will...
