Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Plainfield

I placed an online carry out order of four large pizzas for my family, all pizzas with special instructions due to different allergies. When I got home and looked at this pizzas they were disgusting. One very specifically with no onion. After opening the box there were TONS of onions. It’s the same story with the rest of the pizzas. After attempting to contact the store I was left on hold for an hour with no one ever coming to the phone, even after attempting to call multiple times. After placing another order, my kids decided to deal with the absolute trash that was made for them. I then attempted to reach out and cancel the order, once again no answer. After being called by the store asking if I was coming to pick up my order. I told them I was not and sat on the phone for an hour trying to tell them. I was then told by a man named Judd that if I was not going to pick up the pizza, he would call the cops for me placing a “fraudulent order”. This is the WORST Papa John’s in Indiana. I’ve had several issues of not fully cooked food with this store before and this is it. If you are the owner or manager of this store you should be ashamed. Papa John’s corporate has been made...

I don't know what's going on with this place but they need to take a step back and re evaluate how it operated.

My 1st experience was rough, but I know that people of that day and I decided to try again. My 1st experience consisted of me ordering right before 8 o'clock and my pizza not showing up till around 11 my kids had been waiting almost 3 hours for dinner which they should've been in bed but like I said I let it slide and decided I would try them against tonight.

I ordered right before 10 o'clock 1055 rolled around so I called & got a automated service telling me that my delivery was on its way and my pizza was being made now which they close at 11 I thought OK cool least it's still coming well now it's 1130 and I tried calling them.

No one ew the phone they are closed . and I've already been charged in my account I was relying on that for dinner tonight cause my car's broken and now I don't hve a way to eat because all delivery is most likely closed they obviously just don't't care they left me hanging with no dinner. Zero stars is what I'd like to rate them. That's as bad as it gets took my money and didn't bring me my food or answer...

Worst Papa John’s location that I have ever TRIED to do business with. The saddest part about it is that I used to work for Papa John’s so it takes a lot for me to be upset with them. I have ordered from this location about 4 times since I have moved to Plainfield and only 1 out of the 4 times I received exactly what I ordered without any problems. Such as 90 minute delivery times, inability to answer the phone, cold pizza on arrival, pizza later than the quoted delivery time, extra sauces ordered never coming. I contact corporate about this issue and they are really nice and tell me they apologize and that the store will contact me. They have yet to contact me. This location seems to be doing what they want with no care in the world. I am not sure how they can even still operate while conducting business like this. I will not be ordering from this location ever again. I have given them too many chances to get a simple order correct and delivered in a decent time at no success.
