A Wonderful Furniture Shopping Experience at Big Sandy I recently had a fantastic experience shopping at Big Sandy, and I wanted to share it. My visit was initially just for "window shopping"—I had no intention of buying anything that day. However, my wonderful experience changed my mind completely.

From the moment I walked in, I didn't feel the pressure or "attacked" by sales representatives, which I've experienced at other stores. This relaxed atmosphere allowed me to browse comfortably. After seeing how affordable the prices were, I decided to speak with a sales rep. That's when I met Isabel.

I told Isabel exactly what I was looking for in a dining room set. She was incredibly helpful, showing me several options that perfectly matched my desires. Once I made my choice, she went above and beyond to ensure I received every available discount. She also handled all the delivery arrangements for me, making the process effortless.

The delivery was just as impressive. Within five days, my new dining room set arrived. The delivery team was professional, assembled the set quickly, and placed it exactly where I wanted it in the room.

My entire experience, from the initial browsing to the final delivery, was absolutely wonderful. When the time comes to purchase a new living room set, there's no doubt that I'll be going back...

I’m so thankful we had Shyanne and Clay helping us find the perfect furniture for our house. With furniture shopping it can often feel very overwhelming and pushy to “make the sale” but Shyanne and Clay were the complete opposite! We came to the store not knowing exactly what we wanted and had a few styles and ideas we wanted to look at. We looked around for about an hour and decided we needed to go home and sleep on it and think about all the styles we had seen and narrow it down to a final choice. A few weeks later we came back and after narrowing it down to a style Clay was incredibly helpful in showing us everything that fit what we were looking for and very knowledgeable about the brands, styles, and product options. We were able to walk away with exactly what we wanted and never felt pressured or like we were just another customer walking through the door. He took the time to answer all my questions, explain the differences between options, and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for.

I purchased my sofa on Monday and realized the next day that I needed to switch which side the chaise was on. I contacted the store Tuesday afternoon, and they were so accommodating — they made the change quickly and were even able to keep my original delivery date. The delivery on Friday morning went great.
