LOFT Outlet — Local services in Pooler

I came to the outlet today 08/27/2022, about 2-3 p.m, to do a little shopping for an outing I am attending this evening. There were two cashier one with blonde hair and the other with afro puffs. The you lady with the blond hair was helping a customer and the one with afro puffs was standing there doing nothing. She would then look up past me and turn and look out of the window behind her acknowledging customers walking in but never acknowledged me waiting to pay for item. If there is video of the store you will see I am not exaggerating. I politely put my clothes back and went to find a manager and filed my grievance and left. Acknowledging a customer is key to prevent frustration and/or miscommunication. Please let this be a learning tool not ammunition...

I have always had an excellent experience at this location and have shopped here many times. They are always well-stocked, their sales and products are my favorites, and the associates are very helpful and friendly. This Loft outlet has extremely friendly and helpful personnel. They seem to really want to help you find that just right item. They have a large selection of blouses, pants, dresses and accessories. They also have a nice clearance section with additional discounts available. A fun...
