The check depositing feature at the ATM was "temporarily unavailable," so I went inside. There was only one teller for a line six people deep. I stood in line for about ten minutes, and an employee came out of an office. She asked what type of transaction the two remaining people in front of me needed to perform, and apparently they were relegated to wait for the lone teller. When she came to me, I said I was there to deposit a check and I was referred to the broken ATM. I informed her that it wouldn't accept checks, and I was sent to another ATM inside the lobby of the larger building this branch is inside of (I was unawareof the existenceof this other ATM). This should allow you to rate lower than poor to fair, as Bank of America is abysmal. I have to call about once a week since they shut off my debit card due to "suspicious charges" even though I shop at basically the same places every week. Their customer service leaves much to be desired as the representatives are always less than helpful, and when you are trying to fix something they broke they are constantly trying to sell you more services that they will likely deny you later under the guise of "suspicious activity."
